Ayah: 55

مِن دُونِهِۦۖ فَكِيدُونِي جَمِيعٗا ثُمَّ لَا تُنظِرُونِ
badala ya Mwenyezi Mungu, miongoni mwa wale wafananishwao na Yeye na masanamu. Basi angalieni na mfanye bidii, nyinyi na hao mnaodai kati ya waungu wenu, kunipatia madhara, kisha msilicheleweshe hilo hata kitambo kidogo kiasi cha kupepesa jicho. Hivyo ni kwamba Hūd ana imani thabiti kwamba hayatampata yeye kutoka kwao wala kutoka kwa waungu wao madhara yoyote.
