Ayah: 130

فَٱصۡبِرۡ عَلَىٰ مَا يَقُولُونَ وَسَبِّحۡ بِحَمۡدِ رَبِّكَ قَبۡلَ طُلُوعِ ٱلشَّمۡسِ وَقَبۡلَ غُرُوبِهَاۖ وَمِنۡ ءَانَآيِٕ ٱلَّيۡلِ فَسَبِّحۡ وَأَطۡرَافَ ٱلنَّهَارِ لَعَلَّكَ تَرۡضَىٰ
Kaya magtiis ka sa anumang sinasabi nila at magluwalhati ka kalakip ng papuri sa Panginoon mo bago ng pagsikat ng araw at bago ng paglubog nito; at mula sa mga bahagi ng gabi ay magluwalhati ka at sa mga dulo ng maghapon, nang sa gayon ikaw ay malulugod.
