Ayah: 1

قُلْ اَعُوْذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ ۟ۙ

1. (நபியே! நீர் பிரார்த்தனை செய்து) கூறுவீராக அதிகாலையின் இறைவனிடம், நான் பாதுகாப்பைக் கோருகிறேன்.

مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ ۟ۙ

2. அவன் படைத்திருக்கும் பொருள்களின் தீங்கை விட்டும்,

وَمِنْ شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ اِذَا وَقَبَ ۟ۙ

3. (அனைத்தையும்) மறைத்துக் கொள்ளும் இருண்ட இருளின் தீங்கை விட்டும்,

وَمِنْ شَرِّ النَّفّٰثٰتِ فِی الْعُقَدِ ۟ۙ

4. முடிச்சுப் போட்டு ஊதும் (சூதுக்கார) பெண்களின் தீங்கைவிட்டும்,

وَمِنْ شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ اِذَا حَسَدَ ۟۠

5. பொறாமைக்காரன் பொறாமைப்படும்போது அவனின் தீங்கை விட்டும் (பாதுகாக்கக் கோருகிறேன்).
