وَٱلۡعَصۡرِ
Thề bởi thời gian.

إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ لَفِي خُسۡرٍ
Quả thật, con người chắc chắn sẽ ở trong tình trạng thua thiệt.

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ
Trừ những ai có đức tin và hành thiện, khuyên bảo nhau điều chân lý và khuyên bảo nhau kiên nhẫn.
