فَبِمَا نَقۡضِهِم مِّيثَٰقَهُمۡ وَكُفۡرِهِم بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَقَتۡلِهِمُ ٱلۡأَنۢبِيَآءَ بِغَيۡرِ حَقّٖ وَقَوۡلِهِمۡ قُلُوبُنَا غُلۡفُۢۚ بَلۡ طَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهَا بِكُفۡرِهِمۡ فَلَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا
(155) ˹Damned they were[1059]˺ Because of their reneging on their pledge, Denying Allah’s Signs, killing the Prophets unjustifiably[1060] and saying: “Our hearts are encrusted”[1061], nay but Allah sealed them because of their Denial—little do they Believe.
