ការបកប្រែអត្ថន័យ អាយ៉ាត់ 71 ជំពូក​ សូរ៉ោះអាល់អាន់ហ្វាល - ការបកប្រែជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស - បណ្ឌិត វ៉ាលីទព្លីហាស្ហ អូម៉ើរី - សព្វវចនាធិប្បាយនៃគម្ពីគួរអាន

អាយ៉ាត់: 71

وَإِن يُرِيدُواْ خِيَانَتَكَ فَقَدۡ خَانُواْ ٱللَّهَ مِن قَبۡلُ فَأَمۡكَنَ مِنۡهُمۡۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ

(71) But if they intend to betray^[1999] you ˹Muhammad˺ then surely they had betrayed Allah^[2000] in the aforetime and He got ˹you˺ the better of them—Allah is indeed All-Knowing, All-Wise.

[1999] That is, if these captives were deceptive and only said what they thought would placate the Messenger (ﷺ) such as: “We Believe in you”, “We testify that you are Allah’s Messenger”, “We shall be sincere to you and align ourselves with you” (cf. al-Shinqīṭī, al-ʿAdhb al-Namīr).
[2000] By being ungrateful to Him, Denying and rebelling against Him before the Battle of Badr (cf. al-Ṭabarī, al-Wāḥidī, al-Basīṭ, al-Saʿdī).
