97 : 5

۞ جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡكَعۡبَةَ ٱلۡبَيۡتَ ٱلۡحَرَامَ قِيَٰمٗا لِّلنَّاسِ وَٱلشَّهۡرَ ٱلۡحَرَامَ وَٱلۡهَدۡيَ وَٱلۡقَلَٰٓئِدَۚ ذَٰلِكَ لِتَعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَعۡلَمُ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٌ

97. Allāh has made the Ka‘bah—the Sacred House [in Makkah]—a sanctuary and a source of security and benefit for the people, along with the sacred month, the offerings, and the garlanded sacrificial animals.This is so that you may know that Allāh knows whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, and that Allāh is All-Knowing of everything.

[71]. The term qiyām conveys the ideas of uprightness and careful attention to affairs. When Allāh declares the Kaʿbah as a qiyām for the people, it signifies that it serves as a central place where both religious and worldly life are upheld and safeguarded. Spiritually, it is where believers perform prayers, Hajj, and ʿumrah, fulfilling their devotion to God. Socially and economically, it is a hub where people engage in trade, gather, and strengthen relationships, all under the protection and sanctity established by Allāh.
