ការបកប្រែអត្ថន័យ ជំពូក​ អាល់ជិន - ការបកប្រែជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស - អាប់ឌុលឡាហ៍ ហាស្សាន យ៉ាកូប - សព្វវចនាធិប្បាយនៃគម្ពីគួរអាន

Al-Jinn

1 : 72

قُلۡ أُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ أَنَّهُ ٱسۡتَمَعَ نَفَرٞ مِّنَ ٱلۡجِنِّ فَقَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا سَمِعۡنَا قُرۡءَانًا عَجَبٗا

1. Say (Muhammad): "It has been revealed to me that a batch of the Jinn ^[1] listened (to the Qur’an) then they said: "Surely, we have heard an amazing recital",

[1]. unseen spirit creatures, demons.

2 : 72

يَهۡدِيٓ إِلَى ٱلرُّشۡدِ فَـَٔامَنَّا بِهِۦۖ وَلَن نُّشۡرِكَ بِرَبِّنَآ أَحَدٗا

2. (That) guides (people) to the right conduct, so we have believed in it. And never We shall associate anyone with (Allāh) our Lord (in worship).

3 : 72

وَأَنَّهُۥ تَعَٰلَىٰ جَدُّ رَبِّنَا مَا ٱتَّخَذَ صَٰحِبَةٗ وَلَا وَلَدٗا

3. And that He - Exalted is the Grandeur of our Lord (Allāh) - has not taken a mate, nor a son ^[2]."

[2]. As the pagans claim.

4 : 72

وَأَنَّهُۥ كَانَ يَقُولُ سَفِيهُنَا عَلَى ٱللَّهِ شَطَطٗا

4. And that our foolish one (i.e., Satan) has been saying against Allāh 'God' outrageous lies ^[3].

[3]. By falsely attributing to Him a wife or a son or daughters or other partners or wrong attributes.

5 : 72

وَأَنَّا ظَنَنَّآ أَن لَّن تَقُولَ ٱلۡإِنسُ وَٱلۡجِنُّ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبٗا

5. And that We thought that humans and jinn would never speak about Allāh a lie.

6 : 72

وَأَنَّهُۥ كَانَ رِجَالٞ مِّنَ ٱلۡإِنسِ يَعُوذُونَ بِرِجَالٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡجِنِّ فَزَادُوهُمۡ رَهَقٗا

6. And that there were certain men among the humans used to seek protection with some men from among the jinn (the demons), so they increased them in burden (disbelief, sin, etc.)

7 : 72

وَأَنَّهُمۡ ظَنُّواْ كَمَا ظَنَنتُمۡ أَن لَّن يَبۡعَثَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٗا

7. And that they (humans) thought just as you (jinn) thought that Allāh would never send anyone (as a messenger to mankind or jinn).

8 : 72

وَأَنَّا لَمَسۡنَا ٱلسَّمَآءَ فَوَجَدۡنَٰهَا مُلِئَتۡ حَرَسٗا شَدِيدٗا وَشُهُبٗا

8. And that we have sought (to reach) the heaven (for news), yet we found it filled with very strict guards and flaming (meteors).

9 : 72

وَأَنَّا كُنَّا نَقۡعُدُ مِنۡهَا مَقَٰعِدَ لِلسَّمۡعِۖ فَمَن يَسۡتَمِعِ ٱلۡأٓنَ يَجِدۡ لَهُۥ شِهَابٗا رَّصَدٗا

9. And that we used to sit therefrom in positions for (over) hearing, but he who (tries to) listen now would find a a flaming (meteor) in wait for him.

10 : 72

وَأَنَّا لَا نَدۡرِيٓ أَشَرٌّ أُرِيدَ بِمَن فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَمۡ أَرَادَ بِهِمۡ رَبُّهُمۡ رَشَدٗا

10. And that We do not know whether evil is intended for those on earth, or intends for them their Lord right guidance.

11 : 72

وَأَنَّا مِنَّا ٱلصَّٰلِحُونَ وَمِنَّا دُونَ ذَٰلِكَۖ كُنَّا طَرَآئِقَ قِدَدٗا

11. And that among us are the righteous, and among us are others not so. We have been of divided sects.

12 : 72

وَأَنَّا ظَنَنَّآ أَن لَّن نُّعۡجِزَ ٱللَّهَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَن نُّعۡجِزَهُۥ هَرَبٗا

12. And that we have become certain that we shall never cause failure to Allāh on earth, nor can we escape Him by flight.

13 : 72

وَأَنَّا لَمَّا سَمِعۡنَا ٱلۡهُدَىٰٓ ءَامَنَّا بِهِۦۖ فَمَن يُؤۡمِنۢ بِرَبِّهِۦ فَلَا يَخَافُ بَخۡسٗا وَلَا رَهَقٗا

13. And that when we listened the Guidance (of the Qur’an), we believed in it. Whoever believes in his Lord (Allāh) then he fears neither loss nor oppression.

14 : 72

وَأَنَّا مِنَّا ٱلۡمُسۡلِمُونَ وَمِنَّا ٱلۡقَٰسِطُونَۖ فَمَنۡ أَسۡلَمَ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ تَحَرَّوۡاْ رَشَدٗا

14. And that among us are the Muslims ^[4], and among us are the inequitable. So whoever has accepted Islam, then
those have sought out the right course,

[4]. Who have submitted to God after listening to the Qur’an.

15 : 72

وَأَمَّا ٱلۡقَٰسِطُونَ فَكَانُواْ لِجَهَنَّمَ حَطَبٗا

15. But as for the inequitable, they will be then firewood for Hell.

16 : 72

وَأَلَّوِ ٱسۡتَقَٰمُواْ عَلَى ٱلطَّرِيقَةِ لَأَسۡقَيۡنَٰهُم مَّآءً غَدَقٗا

16. And that if they [jinn and mankind] had kept firmly on the [right] Way [of Islam], We would certainly have given them abundant water (i.e., provision and prosperity),

17 : 72

لِّنَفۡتِنَهُمۡ فِيهِۚ وَمَن يُعۡرِضۡ عَن ذِكۡرِ رَبِّهِۦ يَسۡلُكۡهُ عَذَابٗا صَعَدٗا

17. That We might test them therein ^[5]. And whoever turns away from the Remembrance of his Lord (Allāh) ^[6], He will cause him to undergo into escalating torment.

[5]. As to whether they will be grateful for Allah's provisions or not.
[6]. I.e., this Qur’ân, and practise not its laws and orders.

18 : 72

وَأَنَّ ٱلۡمَسَٰجِدَ لِلَّهِ فَلَا تَدۡعُواْ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ أَحَدٗا

18. And that the places of worship are 'only' for Allah, so do not invoke anyone besides Allāh ^[7].

[7]. Whether it is an angel near to Allāh, like the holy spirit (Gabriel), or a prophet sent by Him like Jesus Christ, or a saint, or jinn, etc.

19 : 72

وَأَنَّهُۥ لَمَّا قَامَ عَبۡدُ ٱللَّهِ يَدۡعُوهُ كَادُواْ يَكُونُونَ عَلَيۡهِ لِبَدٗا

19. And that when stood up the servant of Allāh invoking Him (alone), they (pagans) almost became around him a condensed mass.

20 : 72

قُلۡ إِنَّمَآ أَدۡعُواْ رَبِّي وَلَآ أُشۡرِكُ بِهِۦٓ أَحَدٗا

20. Say (Muhammad): "I only invoke my Lord (Allāh alone), and I do not associate anyone with Him (in worship).

21 : 72

قُلۡ إِنِّي لَآ أَمۡلِكُ لَكُمۡ ضَرّٗا وَلَا رَشَدٗا

21. Say: "Surely, I do not possess (any power) to cause you harm or bring you to right conduct (except by the Will of Allāh).

22 : 72

قُلۡ إِنِّي لَن يُجِيرَنِي مِنَ ٱللَّهِ أَحَدٞ وَلَنۡ أَجِدَ مِن دُونِهِۦ مُلۡتَحَدًا

22. Say, "Surely, there will never protect me from Allāh anyone (if I were to disobey Him), nor can I find in other than Him a refuge."

23 : 72

إِلَّا بَلَٰغٗا مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرِسَٰلَٰتِهِۦۚ وَمَن يَعۡصِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ فَإِنَّ لَهُۥ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدًا

23. Except delivering (of the Truth) from Allāh and His messages. Whoever disobeys Allāh and His messenger (Muhammad), then for him is the Fire of Gehinnom (Hell) to abide therein forever.

24 : 72

حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا رَأَوۡاْ مَا يُوعَدُونَ فَسَيَعۡلَمُونَ مَنۡ أَضۡعَفُ نَاصِرٗا وَأَقَلُّ عَدَدٗا

24. Until when they (the deniers) see what they are threatened with, then they will know who is weaker in helpers and fewer in number.

25 : 72

قُلۡ إِنۡ أَدۡرِيٓ أَقَرِيبٞ مَّا تُوعَدُونَ أَمۡ يَجۡعَلُ لَهُۥ رَبِّيٓ أَمَدًا

25. Say: "I do not know whether that (torment) you are promised is near, or whether my Lord 'Allāh' will set a long term for it (known by Him only).

26 : 72

عَٰلِمُ ٱلۡغَيۡبِ فَلَا يُظۡهِرُ عَلَىٰ غَيۡبِهِۦٓ أَحَدًا

26. (He is) the Knower of the unseen, He does not disclose His unseen to anyone,

27 : 72

إِلَّا مَنِ ٱرۡتَضَىٰ مِن رَّسُولٖ فَإِنَّهُۥ يَسۡلُكُ مِنۢ بَيۡنِ يَدَيۡهِ وَمِنۡ خَلۡفِهِۦ رَصَدٗا

27. Except whom He chooses as a messenger; He causes (angelic) guards to march from before him and after him,

28 : 72

لِّيَعۡلَمَ أَن قَدۡ أَبۡلَغُواْ رِسَٰلَٰتِ رَبِّهِمۡ وَأَحَاطَ بِمَا لَدَيۡهِمۡ وَأَحۡصَىٰ كُلَّ شَيۡءٍ عَدَدَۢا

28. So that He may know that they have truly delivered the Messages of their Lord (Allāh). He has encompassed all that is with them, and He has enumerated everything in number.
