إِن تُصِبۡكَ حَسَنَةٞ تَسُؤۡهُمۡۖ وَإِن تُصِبۡكَ مُصِيبَةٞ يَقُولُواْ قَدۡ أَخَذۡنَآ أَمۡرَنَا مِن قَبۡلُ وَيَتَوَلَّواْ وَّهُمۡ فَرِحُونَ
50. If good befalls you [O Prophet], it grieves them, but if misfortune strikes you, they say, “We had already taken precautions beforehand.” And they turn away rejoicing [27].
[27]. The hypocrites claim to have protected themselves by remaining behind from the Jihâd (i.e., going to war to establish justice, peace, and order).
