إِن تُصِبۡكَ حَسَنَةٞ تَسُؤۡهُمۡۖ وَإِن تُصِبۡكَ مُصِيبَةٞ يَقُولُواْ قَدۡ أَخَذۡنَآ أَمۡرَنَا مِن قَبۡلُ وَيَتَوَلَّواْ وَّهُمۡ فَرِحُونَ
50. If good befalls you, it grieves them, but if hardship afflicts you, they say: "We have taken our precaution beforehand [22]." And they turn back while they are rejoicing.
[22]. The hypocrites claim to have protected themselves by remaining behind from the Jihâd (i.e., going to war to establish justice, peace, and order).
