ಅರ್ಥಗಳ ಅನುವಾದ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯ ಸಬಅ್ - ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಅನುವಾದ - ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ಲಾ ಹಸನ್ ಯಾಕೂಬ್ - ಪುಟ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 431 - ಪವಿತ್ರ ಕುರ್‌ಆನ್ ವಿಶ್ವಕೋಶ

ಶ್ಲೋಕ: 23

وَلَا تَنفَعُ ٱلشَّفَٰعَةُ عِندَهُۥٓ إِلَّا لِمَنۡ أَذِنَ لَهُۥۚ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا فُزِّعَ عَن قُلُوبِهِمۡ قَالُواْ مَاذَا قَالَ رَبُّكُمۡۖ قَالُواْ ٱلۡحَقَّۖ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَلِيُّ ٱلۡكَبِيرُ

23. Intercession does not benefit anything with Him except for one whom He permits. (And those wait) until when fear is removed from their hearts8, they will say (to one another): "What is it that your Lord has 'just' said?" They will say: "The Truth." For He is the Most High, the Most Great.

8. I.e., the hearts of the angels who will be permitted to intercede.

ಶ್ಲೋಕ: 24

۞ قُلۡ مَن يَرۡزُقُكُم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ قُلِ ٱللَّهُۖ وَإِنَّآ أَوۡ إِيَّاكُمۡ لَعَلَىٰ هُدًى أَوۡ فِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٖ

24. Say: "Who provides for you from the heavens and the earth?" Say: "Allāh." And surely either we or you9 are on right guidance or in manifest error.

9. I.e., the believers or the pagans. There is no doubt that the guided people are the believers, and the misguided people are the pagans.

ಶ್ಲೋಕ: 25

قُل لَّا تُسۡـَٔلُونَ عَمَّآ أَجۡرَمۡنَا وَلَا نُسۡـَٔلُ عَمَّا تَعۡمَلُونَ

25. Say: "You will not be accountable as to the sins we committed, nor shall we be accountable as to what you do."

ಶ್ಲೋಕ: 26

قُلۡ يَجۡمَعُ بَيۡنَنَا رَبُّنَا ثُمَّ يَفۡتَحُ بَيۡنَنَا بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَهُوَ ٱلۡفَتَّاحُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ

26. Say: "Our Lord 'Allāh' will gather us 'all' together, then He will judge between us in truth 'and justice'. For He is the Just Judge, the All-Knower."

ಶ್ಲೋಕ: 27

قُلۡ أَرُونِيَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَلۡحَقۡتُم بِهِۦ شُرَكَآءَۖ كَلَّاۚ بَلۡ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ

27. Say: "Show me those whom you have joined with Him as partners 'in worship'. No (there are not at all any partners with Him). Rather, He 'Allāh alone' is 'The only True' God, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise."

ಶ್ಲೋಕ: 28

وَمَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ إِلَّا كَآفَّةٗ لِّلنَّاسِ بَشِيرٗا وَنَذِيرٗا وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ

28. We have sent you 'Muhammad' to all people10 as a bearer of good news and as a warner, but most people do not know11.

10. If you declare with your mouth, “that there is no god except Allāh and that Mohammad is Allah's servant and messenger,” and believe that in your heart, you will be saved from the Hellfire and admitted to heaven 'Paradise'.
11. Nor do they appreciate what a great blessing it is for them.

ಶ್ಲೋಕ: 29

وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا ٱلۡوَعۡدُ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ

29. They say: "When will this Promise 'of Resurrection' be if you are truthful?"

ಶ್ಲೋಕ: 30

قُل لَّكُم مِّيعَادُ يَوۡمٖ لَّا تَسۡتَـٔۡخِرُونَ عَنۡهُ سَاعَةٗ وَلَا تَسۡتَقۡدِمُونَ

30. Say: "You have an appointment for a Day 'of Judgment' of which you cannot hold back a moment, nor can you hasten it."

ಶ್ಲೋಕ: 31

وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَن نُّؤۡمِنَ بِهَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ وَلَا بِٱلَّذِي بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِۗ وَلَوۡ تَرَىٰٓ إِذِ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ مَوۡقُوفُونَ عِندَ رَبِّهِمۡ يَرۡجِعُ بَعۡضُهُمۡ إِلَىٰ بَعۡضٍ ٱلۡقَوۡلَ يَقُولُ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتُضۡعِفُواْ لِلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتَكۡبَرُواْ لَوۡلَآ أَنتُمۡ لَكُنَّا مُؤۡمِنِينَ

31. Those who deny 'the Truth' say: "We shall not believe in this Qur’an, nor in that which is before it (of the Torah and the Gospel)." But if only you could see (how it will be on the Day of Judgment) when the unjust (the pagans) will be made to stand before their Lord 'Allāh', how they will cast the blame one to another! Those who were reckoned weak shall say to those who were arrogant: "Had it not been for you we would certainly have been believers."
