Yā-Sīn

1. Ya Seen¹.
1. The Qur’an is made up of such letters from the Arabic alphabet. The Arabs at the time of revelation were the unrivalled masters of the Arabic language and yet when challenged were totally unable to bring anything like the Qur’an. Despite this fact, the inimitable nature of the Qur’an and its divine source, God knows best the meaning of these disjointed Arabic letters.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
2. By the Wise Qur’an².
2. Having the power of discerning and judging correctly, discriminating between what is true and what is false; what is fit and proper, and what is improper. The Prophet Muhammad was the wisest man, sent with the Qur’an, to all the nations.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
3. That you (Muhammad) are one of the messengers (of God).
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:

4. On a straight Path.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
5. (This is a Revelation) sent down by (Allah) the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
6. That you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, so they are heedless.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
7. The Word (Decree to be punished) has proved true against most of them (mankind and jinn), so they will not believe.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
8. (It is as if) We have put chains around their necks up to their chins, so their heads are forced to remain up.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
9. We have set-up a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, and have made them blind. Thus, they cannot see³.
3. The right way, because of their arrogance and persistence in sin.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
10. It is the same for these deniers whether you warn them or not - they will not believe.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
11. You can only warn him who follows the Reminder (the Qur’an), and fears the Most Compassionate (Allah) unseen. So give him the good news of forgiveness and an honorable Reward (in Paradise).
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:

12. It is We (Allah) Who give life to the dead, and write down what they send forth and what they leave behind (of good or evil)4. We keep everything recorded in a clear Register (the Preserved Tablet).
4. Muhammad, God's Messenger said:
"Among the good deeds that continue to benefit a believer after death are: a knowledge that he taught and disseminated, a righteous child who lived after him, a Qur'an book that he left as inheritance a masjid that he built, a house that he built for the wayfarers, a stream that he ran, or a charity that he gave from his wealth during his healthy lifetime so that it would reach him (in rewards) after death." This indicate that a righteous child benefits his deceased parents with supplication. It is further demonstrated here that he can benefit them by spending sadaqah, as well as doing other charitable deeds, on their behalf. What benefits him also is teaching and disseminating the knowledge, printing a useful and beneficial book that remains after him, or establishing a charity, the rewards of these things continue to reach him as long as they continue to exist.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
13. Give them an example of the people of the town (Antioch), when the messengers came to them.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
14. When We sent to them two messengers, but they rejected them both, then We strengthened them with a third, and they said: "We are messengers (sent) to you."
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
15. They said: "You are only human beings like us, nor has the Most Compassionate (Allah) sent down anything; you only lie."
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
16. They said (to the people of the town): "Our Lord (Allah) knows that we are messengers (sent) to you.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
17. Our duty is only to plainly convey (the Message of God, Islam)."

18. They said (to the messengers): "We consider you an evil omen for us5. If you do not desist (calling us to the Oneness of God), we shall certainly stone you, and there will touch you a painful torment from us."
5. Muhammad, God's Messenger said: "There is no passing of disease except with God's Permission, nor is any bad omen (whether from men or) from birds, nor is there any bad omen in Safar (or any month). Whenever any of you sees something he assumes as bad omen, he should pray: ‘O Allah my Lord, none but You bring good things. None but you prevent evil things. There is no power and no strength except in You."
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
19. (The messengers) said: "Your evil omen is with yourselves. Is it because you are advised? Rather, you are a transgressing people."
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:

22. Why should I not worship Allah (alone) Who has created me? And to Him you shall (all) be returned (for Judgment).
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
23. Should I worship other gods besides Him? If (Allah) the Most Compassionate should intend to afflict me with some adversity, the intercession (of the idols) will not benefit me anything, nor will they be able to save me (from adversity).
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
24. In that case, I will be in clear error.

27. For that my Lord (Allah) has forgiven me and made me of the honored ones."
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
28. We did not send down upon his people after him any hosts (of angels) from the heaven, nor would We have done so.

Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
30. Alas for (My) slaves (mankind and jinn)! There comes not to them a messenger but they mock at him.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
31. Do they not see how many of the (sinful) generations have We destroyed before them, and that those (that perished) will never return to them?
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
32. Yet all of them will be brought present before Allah (for Judgment).
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
33. There is a sign for them in the barren earth - We give life to it and bring forth from it grain so they eat of it.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
34. We made therein gardens of date-palms and grapevines, and caused springs to flow forth therein,
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:

Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
36. All Glory (and Honor) be to (Allah) Who created all pairs from what the earth grows, and from themselves, and from that which they do not know.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
37. Also a sign to them is the night; We draw forth from it the day, and thus they are in darkness.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
38. The sun runs on (its course) to a fixed term appointed for it. This is the Decree of (Allah) the All-Mighty, the All-Knowing.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
39. As for the moon, We have measured for it (precise) phases till it becomes again as an old curved palm stalk.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
40. It is not for the sun to overtake the moon, nor can the night outstrip the day. Each runs in an orbit.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
41. Another sign for them is that We bore their offspring in the laden Ship (of Noah).
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
42. And We have created for them the like of it, what they embark and sail on.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
43. If We so will, We could drown them, then there would be no helper for them, nor would they be saved.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
44. Except (as a) Mercy from Us (Allah), and provision till a time.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
45. When they are told: "Guard yourselves against sin and the forthcoming torment, so that you may receive (Allah’s) Mercy."
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
46. There comes not to them a sign of the Signs of their Lord (Allah) but they turn away from it.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
47. When they are told: "Spend (for the Cause of Allah) out of what Allah has given you", those who deny (the Truth of Islam) say to those who believe: "Shall we feed those whom, if Allah willed, He (Himself) would have fed? You are only in clear error."
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
48. They say: "When will this Promise (of Resurrection) come to pass, if you are truthful?"
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
49. They await but one sudden Blast which will seize them while they are disputing.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
50. So they will not be able to make a bequest, nor will they return to their families.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
51. The trumpet will be blown, when immediately from their graves they will hasten on to their Lord (Allah).
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
52. They will say: "Alas! Who has raised us up from our place of sleep (our graves)? (The reply will be): "This is what the Most Compassionate had promised, and the messengers (of God) told the Truth.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
53. It will be only a single Blast, when immediately they will all be brought before Us (on a level plain, for Judgment);
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
54. So no soul will be dealt with unjustly in the least on that Day; and you will not be recompensed except for that which you used to do.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
55. The people of Paradise will on that Day be amused, in (joyful) occupation.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
56. They and their wives will be in pleasant shade, reclining on raised couches.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
57. They will have fruits therein, and they will have whatever they desire.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
58. Salaam (Peace be with you) a Word from a Merciful Lord (Allah).
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
59. (Then it will be said): "Get apart (from the believers) this Day, O wicked ones."
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
60. Did I not command you, O children of Adam, that you should not worship Satan? He is an open enemy to you,
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
61. And that you should worship Me (Allah alone); this is a straight Path.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
62. (Satan)10 misled multitudes of you (O mankind). Could you not then understand?
10. This shows Satan’s rebellion and fall, and tells us further that he was able to persuade many people, to join him in his rebellion. Though we should not obsess over Satan in any way, there is great advantage in knowing that in spite of what power he may yet retain, he is limited because he has no power over the servants of God - except what power we allow him to have. This knowledge of Satan also reminds us of his power to deceive; however, we are not to be ignorant of his devices because Satan is always ready, willing, and able to mislead and ensnare anyone who is unprepared and undiscerning. Satan will always be what and who he is. Let’s keep our eyes fixed on Allah, knowing that we are victorious through Him, and by doing so, greatly minimize any possibility of becoming victims of Satan’s schemes.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
63. This is Gehinnom (Hell) that you were promised.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
64. Enter and burn therein this Day for what you used to deny (of the Truth).
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
65. We shall set a seal upon their mouths on that Day, and their hands will speak to Us, and their legs will bear witness of what they used to earn (of sins).
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
66. Had We willed, We would have deprived these (deniers) of their eyes, so that they would have gone forth to the path, but how could they find it (in this state of their blindness).
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
67. Had We willed, We could have transformed them (by paralyzing them) in their place, then they would not be able to move forward, nor could they return.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
68. He whom We cause to live long, We reverse him in creation (to weakness after strength). Will they not then understand?
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
69. We have not taught him (Muhammad) poetry, nor is it befitting for him; it is only a Reminder and a clear Qur’an (Recitation),
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
70. To warn whoever is alive, and (that) the Word (of Torment) may be justified against the deniers.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
71. Do they not see that We have created for them, out of what Our hands have made, cattle, so they are their owners?
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
72. We have subjected them to their use, so that some of them they have for riding, and some they eat.
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
73. There are other benefits for them, and (milk) to drink; will they not then be grateful?
Tafsyrai arabų kalba:
