هُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُرِيكُمُ ٱلۡبَرۡقَ خَوۡفٗا وَطَمَعٗا وَيُنشِئُ ٱلسَّحَابَ ٱلثِّقَالَ
12. It is He [Allāh] Who shows you the lightning, inspiring fear and hope [5], and Who raises up the clouds, heavy [with rain].
[5]. 'Fear' of being hit by thunderbolt and 'hope' for getting rain.
