هُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُرِيكُمُ ٱلۡبَرۡقَ خَوۡفٗا وَطَمَعٗا وَيُنشِئُ ٱلسَّحَابَ ٱلثِّقَالَ
12. It It is He (Allāh) Who shows you lightning causing fear and hope [5] and 'Who' brings up the clouds, heavy 'with rain'.
[5]. 'Fear' of being hit by thunderbolt and 'hope' for getting rain.
