Ayah: 12

هُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُرِيكُمُ ٱلۡبَرۡقَ خَوۡفٗا وَطَمَعٗا وَيُنشِئُ ٱلسَّحَابَ ٱلثِّقَالَ

12. It It is He (Allāh) Who shows you lightning causing fear and hope⁵ and 'Who' brings up the clouds, heavy 'with rain'.

5. 'Fear' of being hit by thunderbolt and 'hope' for getting rain.
