أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ طَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ وَسَمۡعِهِمۡ وَأَبۡصَٰرِهِمۡۖ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡغَٰفِلُونَ
108. These are the ones whose hearts, hearing, and sight are sealed [38] by Allāh, and these are the heedless ones.
[38]. Because they did not use their faculties of perception to seek guidance.
