Ayah: 108

أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ طَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ وَسَمۡعِهِمۡ وَأَبۡصَٰرِهِمۡۖ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡغَٰفِلُونَ
108. These are the ones whose hearts, hearing, and sight are sealed38 by Allāh, and these are the heedless ones.
38. Because they did not use their faculties of perception to seek guidance.
