أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ طَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ وَسَمۡعِهِمۡ وَأَبۡصَٰرِهِمۡۖ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡغَٰفِلُونَ
108. These are the ones whose hearts, hearing, and sight Allāh has sealed [40], and they are the heedless ones.
[40]. Because they did not use their faculties of perception to seek guidance.
