أَرَءَيۡتَ إِن كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰٓ
13. Have you seen if he (the unbeliever) rejects (the Truth) and turns away (from it)?
التفاسير:

96
أَلَمۡ يَعۡلَم بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَرَىٰ
14. Doesn’t he know that Allāh sees (what he does)?
التفاسير:

96
كَلَّا لَئِن لَّمۡ يَنتَهِ لَنَسۡفَعَۢا بِٱلنَّاصِيَةِ
15. No! indeed, if he does not desist, We will ndeed hold of him by the forelock,

نَاصِيَةٖ كَٰذِبَةٍ خَاطِئَةٖ
16. A lying, sinful forehead.
التفاسير:
17

96
فَلۡيَدۡعُ نَادِيَهُۥ
17. So let him summon his council,
التفاسير:
18
:
96
سَنَدۡعُ ٱلزَّبَانِيَةَ
18. We too would summon the guards of Hell [2].
[2]. I.e., the grim stern angels of Hell to destroy him.

96
كَلَّا لَا تُطِعۡهُ وَٱسۡجُدۡۤ وَٱقۡتَرِب۩
19. No, do not obey him. But prostrate and draw near (to Allāh).
