وَلَآ أُقۡسِمُ بِٱلنَّفۡسِ ٱللَّوَّامَةِ

And I swear by the reproaching soul^[1800] [to the certainty of resurrection].

[1800] i.e., that of the believer, which blames him when he falls into sin or error.
