رُّبَمَا يَوَدُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوۡ كَانُواْ مُسۡلِمِينَ
The disbelievers will soon[2] wish that they were Muslims.
[2] On the Judgment Day or upon their death.
