Ayah: 1

أَلَمۡ نَشۡرَحۡ لَكَ صَدۡرَكَ
(Ey Peyğəmbər!) Məgər Biz sənin üçün sinəni (qəlbini) açıb genişlətmədikmi?

Ayah: 2

وَوَضَعۡنَا عَنكَ وِزۡرَكَ
Yükünü səndən götürmədikmi? (Yaxud: Günahlarını bağışlamadıqmı?)

ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهۡرَكَ
(Elə bir yük ki) belini bükmüşdü.

Biz sənin ad-sanını ucaltmadıqmı?
