Soerat At-Tien (De Vijg)

Ayah: 1

وَٱلتِّينِ وَٱلزَّيۡتُونِ
1. Bij de vijg en de olijf.

وَطُورِ سِينِينَ
2. Bij de berg Sinaï.

وَهَٰذَا ٱلۡبَلَدِ ٱلۡأَمِينِ
3. En bij deze veilige stad (Mekka).

لَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ فِيٓ أَحۡسَنِ تَقۡوِيمٖ
4. Waarlijk, Wij hebben de mens (Adam en zijn nageslacht) in de beste (en mooiste) vorm geschapen (en samengesteld).

ثُمَّ رَدَدۡنَٰهُ أَسۡفَلَ سَٰفِلِينَ
5. Toen hebben Wij hem verlaagd tot het allerlaagste.

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ فَلَهُمۡ أَجۡرٌ غَيۡرُ مَمۡنُونٖ
6. Behalve degene die geloven en goede daden verrichten; zij zullen hun beloning hebben die eindeloos voortduurt.

فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعۡدُ بِٱلدِّينِ
7. Wat zorgt ervoor dat jullie de verrekening ontkennen?
