Ayah: 4

وَمَآ أَهۡلَكۡنَا مِن قَرۡيَةٍ إِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابٞ مَّعۡلُومٞ
4. Never did We destroy any of the town (for its sins) except that it had a known (prescribed) Decree.
