Ayah: 4

وَمَآ أَهۡلَكۡنَا مِن قَرۡيَةٍ إِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابٞ مَّعۡلُومٞ
4. Never did We destroy a town (for its sins) but for it was a known Decree.
