אל-קארעה

Ayah: 1

ٱلۡقَارِعَةُ
1 (שבועה) בצרה הגדולה.

مَا ٱلۡقَارِعَةُ
2 מה היא הצרה הגדולה?

وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلۡقَارِعَةُ
3 ומה אתה יודע על הצרה הגדולה?

يَوۡمَ يَكُونُ ٱلنَّاسُ كَٱلۡفَرَاشِ ٱلۡمَبۡثُوثِ
4 יום אשר בו בני האדם כפרפרים הנסים לכל הכיוונים

Ayah: 5

وَتَكُونُ ٱلۡجِبَالُ كَٱلۡعِهۡنِ ٱلۡمَنفُوشِ
5 וההרים כפיסות של הצמר הקרוע לגזרים

فَأَمَّا مَن ثَقُلَتۡ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ
6 הן, מי משקל מעשיו(הטובים) כבדים,

فَهُوَ فِي عِيشَةٖ رَّاضِيَةٖ
7 הוא בחיים מאושרים.

وَأَمَّا مَنۡ خَفَّتۡ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ
8 אך, מי שמשקלם קל,

فَأُمُّهُۥ هَاوِيَةٞ
9 אז משכנו השאול.

وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا هِيَهۡ
10 והאם תכיר מה הוא?

نَارٌ حَامِيَةُۢ
