Ayah: 1

أَلَمۡ نَشۡرَحۡ لَكَ صَدۡرَكَ
1. Argi Mes neišplėtėme tau (Muchammedai ﷺ ) tavo krūtinės?

وَوَضَعۡنَا عَنكَ وِزۡرَكَ
2. Ir Mes nuėmėme nuo tavęs tavo naštą,

ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهۡرَكَ
3. kuri slėgė tavo nugarą,
