Chương Al-Shams

Ayah: 1

وَٱلشَّمۡسِ وَضُحَىٰهَا
Thề bởi mặt Trời và sức chói sáng của nó;

Ayah: 2

وَٱلۡقَمَرِ إِذَا تَلَىٰهَا
Thề bởi mặt Trăng khi đi theo nó;

Ayah: 3

وَٱلنَّهَارِ إِذَا جَلَّىٰهَا
Thề bởi ban Ngày khi nó phô bày sự rạng rỡ;

وَٱلَّيۡلِ إِذَا يَغۡشَىٰهَا
Thề bởi ban Đêm khi che lắp nó;

وَٱلسَّمَآءِ وَمَا بَنَىٰهَا
Thề bởi bầu trời và Đấng đã dựng nó;

وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا طَحَىٰهَا
Thề bởi trái đất và Đấng đã trải rộng nó;

وَنَفۡسٖ وَمَا سَوَّىٰهَا
Thề bởi linh hồn và Đấng đã hoàn chỉnh nó;

Ayah: 8

فَأَلۡهَمَهَا فُجُورَهَا وَتَقۡوَىٰهَا
Rồi Ngài làm cho nó linh cảm, bởi thế, nó ý thức được điều xấu và thiện;

Ayah: 9

قَدۡ أَفۡلَحَ مَن زَكَّىٰهَا
Người nào tẩy sạch nó thì chắc chắn sẽ thành đạt.

وَقَدۡ خَابَ مَن دَسَّىٰهَا
Người nào làm nó thối nát thì chắc chắn sẽ thất bại.

كَذَّبَتۡ ثَمُودُ بِطَغۡوَىٰهَآ
(Bộ tộc) Thamud, do lòng kiêu căng tự phụ đã phủ nhận sự thật.

إِذِ ٱنۢبَعَثَ أَشۡقَىٰهَا
Khi quân khốn nạn nhất trong bọn chúng đứng dậy.

فَقَالَ لَهُمۡ رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ نَاقَةَ ٱللَّهِ وَسُقۡيَٰهَا
Thấy thế, Sứ Giả của Allah bảo chúng: “Đây là con lạc đà cái của Allah, hãy để cho nó uống nước.”

Ayah: 14

فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَعَقَرُوهَا فَدَمۡدَمَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ رَبُّهُم بِذَنۢبِهِمۡ فَسَوَّىٰهَا
Nhưng chúng cho Y nói dối và cắt nhượng nó. Bởi thế Thượng Đế của chúng đã giận dữ, trừng phạt và san bằng chúng vì tội ác của chúng.

Ayah: 15

وَلَا يَخَافُ عُقۡبَٰهَا
Và Ngài (Allah) không sợ hậu quả (của việc trừng phạt) đó.
