آیه: 34

وَءَاتَىٰكُم مِّن كُلِّ مَا سَأَلۡتُمُوهُۚ وَإِن تَعُدُّواْ نِعۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ لَا تُحۡصُوهَآۗ إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ لَظَلُومٞ كَفَّارٞ

34. He gives you of all that you ask from Him12. Had you wanted to count Allah’s Favors, you will not be able to number them. Man (i.e., the denier) is gravely unjust, totally ungrateful.

12. Something of what you asked and all of what you require, according to His wisdom.

آیه: 35

وَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمُ رَبِّ ٱجۡعَلۡ هَٰذَا ٱلۡبَلَدَ ءَامِنٗا وَٱجۡنُبۡنِي وَبَنِيَّ أَن نَّعۡبُدَ ٱلۡأَصۡنَامَ

35. 'Consider' when Abraham prayed: "Lord 'Allāh', make this town 'Makkah' secure, and keep me away and my sons from the worship of idols.

آیه: 36

رَبِّ إِنَّهُنَّ أَضۡلَلۡنَ كَثِيرٗا مِّنَ ٱلنَّاسِۖ فَمَن تَبِعَنِي فَإِنَّهُۥ مِنِّيۖ وَمَنۡ عَصَانِي فَإِنَّكَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ

36. My Lord, they 'the idols' have led astray many among the people. Whoever follows me, then he is of me; and whoever disobeys me, then indeed You are All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

آیه: 37

رَّبَّنَآ إِنِّيٓ أَسۡكَنتُ مِن ذُرِّيَّتِي بِوَادٍ غَيۡرِ ذِي زَرۡعٍ عِندَ بَيۡتِكَ ٱلۡمُحَرَّمِ رَبَّنَا لِيُقِيمُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ فَٱجۡعَلۡ أَفۡـِٔدَةٗ مِّنَ ٱلنَّاسِ تَهۡوِيٓ إِلَيۡهِمۡ وَٱرۡزُقۡهُم مِّنَ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَشۡكُرُونَ

37. Our Lord, I have settled some of my offspring (Ishmael and his descendants) in a barren valley near Your Sacred House 'at Makkah', our Lord, that they may keep up the prayer; so make the hearts of believing˺ people yearn towards them and provide them with fruits, so that they may be grateful.

آیه: 38

رَبَّنَآ إِنَّكَ تَعۡلَمُ مَا نُخۡفِي وَمَا نُعۡلِنُۗ وَمَا يَخۡفَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ مِن شَيۡءٖ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ

38. Our Lord, You know all that we conceal or reveal. Nothing on the earth or in the heaven is hidden from Allāh.

آیه: 39

ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي وَهَبَ لِي عَلَى ٱلۡكِبَرِ إِسۡمَٰعِيلَ وَإِسۡحَٰقَۚ إِنَّ رَبِّي لَسَمِيعُ ٱلدُّعَآءِ

39. All Praise be to Allāh, Who has given me in old age Ishmael and Isaac. Indeed, my Lord is surely the Hearer of prayer.

آیه: 40

رَبِّ ٱجۡعَلۡنِي مُقِيمَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِيۚ رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلۡ دُعَآءِ

40. My Lord, make me steadfast in prayer, and my offspring. Our Lord, accept my prayer.

آیه: 41

رَبَّنَا ٱغۡفِرۡ لِي وَلِوَٰلِدَيَّ وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ يَوۡمَ يَقُومُ ٱلۡحِسَابُ

41. Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers on the Day when the Reckoning 'and Judgment' arises.

آیه: 42

وَلَا تَحۡسَبَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَٰفِلًا عَمَّا يَعۡمَلُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَۚ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمۡ لِيَوۡمٖ تَشۡخَصُ فِيهِ ٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرُ

42. Do not think that Allāh is unaware of what the unjust people do. He only gives them respite until a Day when the eyes will stare fixedly,
