ការបកប្រែអត្ថន័យ អាយ៉ាត់ 65 ជំពូក​ សូរ៉ោះអាលីអុិមរ៉ន - ការបកប្រែជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស - បណ្ឌិត វ៉ាលីទព្លីហាស្ហ អូម៉ើរី - សព្វវចនាធិប្បាយនៃគម្ពីគួរអាន

អាយ៉ាត់: 65

يَٰٓأَهۡلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لِمَ تُحَآجُّونَ فِيٓ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ وَمَآ أُنزِلَتِ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةُ وَٱلۡإِنجِيلُ إِلَّا مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦٓۚ أَفَلَا تَعۡقِلُونَ

(65) “People of the Book, why do you argue regarding Ibrāhīm^[610], while ˹both˺ the Torah and the Evangel were only sent down ˹long˺ after him?^[611] Do you have no reason?”

[610] Both the Jews and the Christians claimed Abraham as their own. (al-Ṭabarī, Ibn Kathīr)
[611] That is after Abraham’s time. All their arguments about Abraham were based on apocryphal stories and not solid, authentic accounts.
