77 : 5

قُلۡ يَٰٓأَهۡلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لَا تَغۡلُواْ فِي دِينِكُمۡ غَيۡرَ ٱلۡحَقِّ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوٓاْ أَهۡوَآءَ قَوۡمٖ قَدۡ ضَلُّواْ مِن قَبۡلُ وَأَضَلُّواْ كَثِيرٗا وَضَلُّواْ عَن سَوَآءِ ٱلسَّبِيلِ

77. Say, "O followers of the Scripture [Jews and Christians], do not go to extremes in your faith [and deeds] beyond the truth, and do not follow the whims of people [priests and pastors] who went astray before and led many astray, and strayed from the right path."
