ಅರ್ಥಗಳ ಅನುವಾದ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯ ಸೂರ ಅಝ್ಝಲ್ ಝಲ - ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಅನುವಾದ - ಯಾಕೂಬ್ - ಪವಿತ್ರ ಕುರ್‌ಆನ್ ವಿಶ್ವಕೋಶ

Az-Zalzalah

ಶ್ಲೋಕ: 1

إِذَا زُلۡزِلَتِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ زِلۡزَالَهَا

1. When the earth is shaken by a terrible quake (for the resurrection),

ಶ್ಲೋಕ: 2

وَأَخۡرَجَتِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ أَثۡقَالَهَا

2. And it throws out its burdens¹,

1. i.e., its dead bodies and treasures

ಶ್ಲೋಕ: 3

وَقَالَ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ مَا لَهَا

3. And man says: "What is the matter with it (in horror and wonder)?"

ಶ್ಲೋಕ: 4

يَوۡمَئِذٖ تُحَدِّثُ أَخۡبَارَهَا

4. On that Day it will report its news²,

2. The activities of the people which have taken place on it.

ಶ್ಲೋಕ: 5

بِأَنَّ رَبَّكَ أَوۡحَىٰ لَهَا

5. Because your Lord (Allah) has inspired it (to do so).

ಶ್ಲೋಕ: 6

يَوۡمَئِذٖ يَصۡدُرُ ٱلنَّاسُ أَشۡتَاتٗا لِّيُرَوۡاْ أَعۡمَٰلَهُمۡ

6. On that Day the people will come forth in scattered groups that they may be shown (the results of) their deeds.

ಶ್ಲೋಕ: 7

فَمَن يَعۡمَلۡ مِثۡقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيۡرٗا يَرَهُۥ

7. So whoever does an atom’s weight of good will see it,

ಶ್ಲೋಕ: 8

وَمَن يَعۡمَلۡ مِثۡقَالَ ذَرَّةٖ شَرّٗا يَرَهُۥ

8. And whoever does an atom’s weight of evil will see it.
