وَإِذۡ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوۡمِهِۦ يَٰقَوۡمِ ٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَةَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ إِذۡ جَعَلَ فِيكُمۡ أَنۢبِيَآءَ وَجَعَلَكُم مُّلُوكٗا وَءَاتَىٰكُم مَّا لَمۡ يُؤۡتِ أَحَدٗا مِّنَ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
20. And [remember] when Moses said to his people: "O my people, remember Allāh's favor upon you when He raised Prophets [from] among you, made you kings [27], and granted you what He had not granted to any other among the peoples."
[27]. All that you need - specifically, homes, wives and servants. Or "sovereigns," i.e., those of independent authority.
