ߞߘߐ ߟߎ߬ ߘߟߊߡߌ߬ߘߊ߬ߟߌ ߝߐߘߊ ߘߏ߫ ߞߋߟߦߊߣߍ߲ ߠߎ߬ - ߊ߲߬ߞߌ߬ߟߋ߬ߞߊ߲ ߘߟߊߡߌߘߊ - ߊ߳ߺߊߓߑߘߎ߫ ߊ.ߟߟߊ߯ߤߌ߫ ߤ߭ߛߊߣߎ߲߫ ߦߊ߰ߞߎߓߊ߫ - ߞߎ߬ߙߣߊ߬ ߞߟߊߒߞߋ ߔߘߋߞߎ

Al-Mursalāt

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 1

وَٱلۡمُرۡسَلَٰتِ عُرۡفٗا

1. I swear by those (winds) sent forth in succession,

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 2

فَٱلۡعَٰصِفَٰتِ عَصۡفٗا

2. Then by the winds that blow violently,

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 3

وَٱلنَّٰشِرَٰتِ نَشۡرٗا

3. And 'I swear' by those winds spreading 'rainclouds' widely,

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 4

فَٱلۡفَٰرِقَٰتِ فَرۡقٗا

4. And by those angels who bring Criterion1,

1. To Allāh's human messengers to distinguish right from wrong.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 5

فَٱلۡمُلۡقِيَٰتِ ذِكۡرًا

5. Then by those angels who deliver revelation (to the prophets),

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 6

عُذۡرًا أَوۡ نُذۡرًا

6. Excusing2 or warning.

2. The believers and to cut off all excuses from the deniers.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 7

إِنَّمَا تُوعَدُونَ لَوَٰقِعٞ

7. Indeed, what you are promised will surely occur.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 8

فَإِذَا ٱلنُّجُومُ طُمِسَتۡ

8. So when the stars are obliterated,

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 9

وَإِذَا ٱلسَّمَآءُ فُرِجَتۡ

9. And when the heaven is opened,

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 10

وَإِذَا ٱلۡجِبَالُ نُسِفَتۡ

10. And when the mountains are blown away,

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 11

وَإِذَا ٱلرُّسُلُ أُقِّتَتۡ

11. And when the messengers are gathered to their appointed time.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 12

لِأَيِّ يَوۡمٍ أُجِّلَتۡ

12. For what Day was it postponed?

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 13

لِيَوۡمِ ٱلۡفَصۡلِ

13. For the Day of Judgment!

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 14

وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا يَوۡمُ ٱلۡفَصۡلِ

14. And what will make you realize what the Day of Judgment is?

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 15

وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

15. Woe3 on that Day to the deniers 'of the Truth'.

3. i.e., death and destruction

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 16

أَلَمۡ نُهۡلِكِ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

16. Did We not destroy the former (sinful) people?

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 17

ثُمَّ نُتۡبِعُهُمُ ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ

17. Then We will follow them with the later ones (their kinds into destruction).

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 18

كَذَٰلِكَ نَفۡعَلُ بِٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ

18. Thus do We deal with the wicked.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 19

وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

19. Woe on that Day to the deniers.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 20

أَلَمۡ نَخۡلُقكُّم مِّن مَّآءٖ مَّهِينٖ

20. Did We not create you from despicable water 'semen'?

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 21

فَجَعَلۡنَٰهُ فِي قَرَارٖ مَّكِينٍ

21. So We made it in a secure resting place (the womb),

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 22

إِلَىٰ قَدَرٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ

22. Until an appointed term,

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 23

فَقَدَرۡنَا فَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡقَٰدِرُونَ

23. Thus did We determine, and excellent are We to determine.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 24

وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

24. Woe on that Day to the deniers.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 25

أَلَمۡ نَجۡعَلِ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ كِفَاتًا

25. Have We not made the earth to hold within itself 'all of you',

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 26

أَحۡيَآءٗ وَأَمۡوَٰتٗا

26. For the living and the dead,

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 27

وَجَعَلۡنَا فِيهَا رَوَٰسِيَ شَٰمِخَٰتٖ وَأَسۡقَيۡنَٰكُم مَّآءٗ فُرَاتٗا

27. And We made therein lofty mountains, and given you to drink fresh water?

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 28

وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

28. Woe on that Day to the deniers.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 29

ٱنطَلِقُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ مَا كُنتُم بِهِۦ تُكَذِّبُونَ

29. 'The deniers will be told': "Proceed to that Fire which you used to deny.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 30

ٱنطَلِقُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ ظِلّٖ ذِي ثَلَٰثِ شُعَبٖ

30. Proceed to a shadow (of smoke) having three branches.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 31

لَّا ظَلِيلٖ وَلَا يُغۡنِي مِنَ ٱللَّهَبِ

31. Neither having cool shade nor availing against the flames.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 32

إِنَّهَا تَرۡمِي بِشَرَرٖ كَٱلۡقَصۡرِ

32. It throws sparks (as huge) as a fortress,

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 33

كَأَنَّهُۥ جِمَٰلَتٞ صُفۡرٞ

33. As if they were yellowish 'black' camels.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 34

وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

34. Woe on that Day to the deniers.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 35

هَٰذَا يَوۡمُ لَا يَنطِقُونَ

35. This is a Day they will not speak,

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 36

وَلَا يُؤۡذَنُ لَهُمۡ فَيَعۡتَذِرُونَ

36. Nor will they be given permission so that they make excuses.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 37

وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

37. Woe on that Day to the deniers.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 38

هَٰذَا يَوۡمُ ٱلۡفَصۡلِۖ جَمَعۡنَٰكُمۡ وَٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

38. (They will be told): "This is the Day of 'final' Decision. We have gathered you and the former (disbelieving) people."

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 39

فَإِن كَانَ لَكُمۡ كَيۡدٞ فَكِيدُونِ

39. So if you have any scheme4, then plot it against Me5.

4. I.e., use it to escape from Allah’s punishment.
5. Which you will never be able to do.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 40

وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

40. Woe on that Day to the deniers.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 41

إِنَّ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ فِي ظِلَٰلٖ وَعُيُونٖ

41. Indeed, the righteous will be amid shades and fountains,

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 42

وَفَوَٰكِهَ مِمَّا يَشۡتَهُونَ

42. And any fruits such as they desire.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 43

كُلُواْ وَٱشۡرَبُواْ هَنِيٓـَٔۢا بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ

43. (They will be told): "Eat and drink pleasantly for what you used to do (of righteousness)."

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 44

إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ

44. Thus do We reward the good-doers.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 45

وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

45. Woe on that Day to the deniers.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 46

كُلُواْ وَتَمَتَّعُواْ قَلِيلًا إِنَّكُم مُّجۡرِمُونَ

46. (O deniers): Eat and enjoy yourselves for a while; for you are guilty.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 47

وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

47. Woe on that Day to the deniers.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 48

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱرۡكَعُواْ لَا يَرۡكَعُونَ

48. And when it is said to them: "Bow down (in prayer), they do not bow down."

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 49

وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

49. Woe on that Day to the deniers.

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 50

فَبِأَيِّ حَدِيثِۭ بَعۡدَهُۥ يُؤۡمِنُونَ

50. In what statement then, after this (Qur’an), will they believe6?

6. We believe in Allāh and in His messenger Muhammad and what Allāh sent down of Books such as the Torah, the Evangel, and the Qur'an - God's Last and final Message.
