They know the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life. The superficial realities of the world it does not mean the sphere on which we live, but an environment created by such individuals who live contrary to God's teachings. We would not want to be free of our responsibility of being in the world by being taken out of the world, for this life is a probationary state. The world is our opportunity to prove ourselves. The concern is not where we live - but how we live. Only obedience to the laws of Allah and the tradition of His messenger, the Prophet Muhammad, will bring real happiness and peace. This life is beautiful when is guided by the Qur'an and Sunnah, the closer we are to these two sources, the easier the life is.

38. Give the relatives, the destitute, the stranded travelers (strangers and foreigners) their share (of charity). This is best for those who seek the Face of Allah. And it is these who are the successful.
39. Whatever you lend with interest in order to gain more at the expanse of people’s money, Allah will not bless it. But whatever you give as charity, seeking the Face of Allah - it is these (people) that will get a recompense, multiplied.
40. It is Allah Who has created you, then provided food for you, then will cause you to die, then brings you back to life (for Judgment). Can any of your idols do such things? Glory be to Him, and exalted be He (Allah) above what they associate (with Him as partners in worship).
