At-Taghābun
يُسَبِّحُ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ لَهُ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ وَلَهُ ٱلۡحَمۡدُۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٌ
1. All that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth glorify Allāh. To Him belongs the dominion, and to Him is due (all) Praise, and He has full Power over all things.
Các Tafsir tiếng Ả-rập:
يَعۡلَمُ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَيَعۡلَمُ مَا تُسِرُّونَ وَمَا تُعۡلِنُونَۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمُۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ
4. He knows all that is in the heavens and the earth, and all that you conceal or reveal. Allāh is the All-Knower of what is in the chests (of mankind and jinn).

أَلَمۡ يَأۡتِكُمۡ نَبَؤُاْ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِن قَبۡلُ فَذَاقُواْ وَبَالَ أَمۡرِهِمۡ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٞ
5. Has there not come to you the news of those who denied (the Truth) before? So they tasted the evil result of their affair, and they will have a painful torment.

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُۥ كَانَت تَّأۡتِيهِمۡ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ فَقَالُوٓاْ أَبَشَرٞ يَهۡدُونَنَا فَكَفَرُواْ وَتَوَلَّواْۖ وَّٱسۡتَغۡنَى ٱللَّهُۚ وَٱللَّهُ غَنِيٌّ حَمِيدٞ
6. This is because their messengers came to them with clear Proofs (to support their prophethood), but they said: "Shall human beings guide us?" So they denied and turned back, and Allāh was in no need of them (or their faith). For Allāh is Self-Sufficient, Praiseworthy.

زَعَمَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ أَن لَّن يُبۡعَثُواْۚ قُلۡ بَلَىٰ وَرَبِّي لَتُبۡعَثُنَّ ثُمَّ لَتُنَبَّؤُنَّ بِمَا عَمِلۡتُمۡۚ وَذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ يَسِيرٞ
7. Those who deny (the Truth) think that they will never be raised up (from the dead). Say: "Yes, by my Lord 'Allāh', you will certainly be raised up, then you will certainly be informed of what you did. This is too easy for Allāh."

يَوۡمَ يَجۡمَعُكُمۡ لِيَوۡمِ ٱلۡجَمۡعِۖ ذَٰلِكَ يَوۡمُ ٱلتَّغَابُنِۗ وَمَن يُؤۡمِنۢ بِٱللَّهِ وَيَعۡمَلۡ صَٰلِحٗا يُكَفِّرۡ عَنۡهُ سَيِّـَٔاتِهِۦ وَيُدۡخِلۡهُ جَنَّٰتٖ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدٗاۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلۡفَوۡزُ ٱلۡعَظِيمُ
9. On the Day that He will gather you all together (for Judgment), that is the Day of Deprivation. Whoever believes in Allāh and does righteous deeds, He (Allāh) will remove from him his bad deeds and admit him into Gardens under which rivers flow, to abide therein forever. This is the great achievement.

وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَكَذَّبُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَاۖ وَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمَصِيرُ
10. As for those who deny (the Truth) and disbelieve in Our verses (of the Qur’an), they are the people of the Hellfire, to abide therein. What a terrible destination.

مَآ أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِيبَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۗ وَمَن يُؤۡمِنۢ بِٱللَّهِ يَهۡدِ قَلۡبَهُۥۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٞ
11. No calamity befalls (anyone) except by Allah’s Permission. Whoever believes in Allāh, He guides his heart¹. For Allāh is All-Knowing of everything.
1. To be patient and accept God's predestination with good heart and not to oppose God's Decree. The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: “He who (when struck by an affliction) slaps the cheeks, tears the clothes and calls to or follows the ways and traditions of the Days of Ignorance, is not from the believers.”

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِنَّ مِنۡ أَزۡوَٰجِكُمۡ وَأَوۡلَٰدِكُمۡ عَدُوّٗا لَّكُمۡ فَٱحۡذَرُوهُمۡۚ وَإِن تَعۡفُواْ وَتَصۡفَحُواْ وَتَغۡفِرُواْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٌ
14. O believers, among your wives and your children there are some who are enemies to you²; so beware of them. However, if you pardon, ignore, and forgive³ - then Allāh is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ مَا ٱسۡتَطَعۡتُمۡ وَٱسۡمَعُواْ وَأَطِيعُواْ وَأَنفِقُواْ خَيۡرٗا لِّأَنفُسِكُمۡۗ وَمَن يُوقَ شُحَّ نَفۡسِهِۦ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُفۡلِحُونَ
16. So fear Allāh 'God' and keep to His Commandments as much as you can, and listen and obey and spend (for the Cause of Allāh), it is better for your own selves. Whoever is saved from the greediness of his own self - these are the successful.

إِن تُقۡرِضُواْ ٱللَّهَ قَرۡضًا حَسَنٗا يُضَٰعِفۡهُ لَكُمۡ وَيَغۡفِرۡ لَكُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ شَكُورٌ حَلِيمٌ
17. If you lend to Allāh a goodly loan⁴, He will double it for you and forgive your sins. For Allāh is Most Appreciative, Forbearing.
4. Whoever giving to the poor lends to Allāh and He will repay it double. This also applies when we look at another person's life: the inner person. Are they poor in spirit? Lacking in hope? How can we help them have more hope? Are they lacking in faith? How can we add to their measure of faith? How can we add a measure to their joy? How can we add a measure to their peace? Love? Kindness?
It is easier to give money or goods, it's easier to do, because we can just give that physical thing and separate ourselves from it. Looking beyond that to a person's social-emotional well-being requires more of our time and to walk alongside someone. It requires our pouring out emotionally as well, to meet that person's intangible needs.
