Surat Al-Humazah

Ayah: 1

وَيۡلٞ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةٖ لُّمَزَةٍ
Shari na maangamivu yatampata kila mwenye kusengenya watu na kuwatukana.

Ayah: 2

ٱلَّذِي جَمَعَ مَالٗا وَعَدَّدَهُۥ
Ambaye hamu yake ni kukusanya mali na kuyahesabu.

Ayah: 3

يَحۡسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُۥٓ أَخۡلَدَهُۥ
Akidhani kuwa mali yake ambayo ameyakusanya yatampa dhamana ya kuishi milele duniani na kuhepa kuhesabiwa.

Ayah: 4

كَلَّاۖ لَيُنۢبَذَنَّ فِي ٱلۡحُطَمَةِ
Anavyodhania sivyo. Atatiwa ndani ya Moto ambao huvunjavunja kila kinachotiwa.

وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلۡحُطَمَةُ
Lipi lililokujulisha, ewe Mtume, ni upi huo Moto unaovunjavunja?

نَارُ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُوقَدَةُ
Huo ni Moto wa Mwenyezi Mungu uliowashwa.

ٱلَّتِي تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى ٱلۡأَفۡـِٔدَةِ
Ambao kwa ukali wake hupenyeza miilini ukafikia kwenye nyoyo.

إِنَّهَا عَلَيۡهِم مُّؤۡصَدَةٞ
Moto huo umefungiwa juu yao wakiwa wametiwa minyororo

na pingu ndefu ili wasitoke.
