26
وَٱجۡعَل لِّي لِسَانَ صِدۡقٖ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ
84. And grant me (an honourable mention on) the tongue of truth among the latest (generations) [6].
[6]. Muslims invoke Allah’s blessings upon Abraham (ﷺ) along with Muhammad (ﷺ) in their daily prayers.
التفاسير:
85
:
26
وَٱجۡعَلۡنِي مِن وَرَثَةِ جَنَّةِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
85. And place me among the inheritors of the Garden of Bliss.
التفاسير:
86
:
26
وَٱغۡفِرۡ لِأَبِيٓ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ مِنَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ
86. And forgive my father, surely he is one of the erring,
التفاسير:
87
:
26
وَلَا تُخۡزِنِي يَوۡمَ يُبۡعَثُونَ
87. And do not disgrace me on the Day they are resurrected (from the dead).
التفاسير:
88
:
26
يَوۡمَ لَا يَنفَعُ مَالٞ وَلَا بَنُونَ
88. The Day when neither wealth nor children will benefit 'anyone',
التفاسير:
89
:
26
إِلَّا مَنۡ أَتَى ٱللَّهَ بِقَلۡبٖ سَلِيمٖ
89. Except him who comes to Allāh with a sound 'pure' heart [7].
[7]. Free from pride, haughtiness and hypocrisy. Our hearts can shape our lives and relationships. A corrupt heart brings trouble and suffering, while a cheerful heart is good medicine. We are warned against the damage caused by being spiteful, seeking revenge, vindictive or willfully stubborn, quarreling, lying, stealing and unjust behavior. Contrarily, loyal and protective relationships are lifted up.
التفاسير:
90
:
26
وَأُزۡلِفَتِ ٱلۡجَنَّةُ لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ
90. And Paradise will be brought near (that Day) to the righteous,
التفاسير:
91
:
26
وَبُرِّزَتِ ٱلۡجَحِيمُ لِلۡغَاوِينَ
91. And Hell will be unveiled to the deviant,
التفاسير:
92
:
26
وَقِيلَ لَهُمۡ أَيۡنَ مَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡبُدُونَ
92. And it will be said to them: "Where are those that you used to worship.
التفاسير:
93
:
26
مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ هَلۡ يَنصُرُونَكُمۡ أَوۡ يَنتَصِرُونَ
93. Besides Allāh? Can they help you or even help themselves?"
التفاسير:
94
:
26
فَكُبۡكِبُواْ فِيهَا هُمۡ وَٱلۡغَاوُۥنَ
94. So they will be thrown down into it (fire), they (the idols) and the deviant,
التفاسير:
95
:
26
وَجُنُودُ إِبۡلِيسَ أَجۡمَعُونَ
95. And the soldiers of Iblees 'Satan', all together.
التفاسير:
96
:
26
قَالُواْ وَهُمۡ فِيهَا يَخۡتَصِمُونَ
96. They will say while they are in it disputing:
التفاسير:
97
:
26
تَٱللَّهِ إِن كُنَّا لَفِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٍ
97. (saying): By Allāh, indeed, we were truly in a clear error,
التفاسير:
98
:
26
إِذۡ نُسَوِّيكُم بِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
98. When we equate you with the Lord of the worlds (i.e., Allāh)
التفاسير:
99
:
26
وَمَآ أَضَلَّنَآ إِلَّا ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُونَ
99. And none but the guilty [8] led us astray;
[8]. Corrupt rulers, priests and pastors, false preachers, and bad friends.
التفاسير:
100
:
26
فَمَا لَنَا مِن شَٰفِعِينَ
100. So (now) We have no for us of any intercessors,
التفاسير:
101
:
26
وَلَا صَدِيقٍ حَمِيمٖ
101. Nor an intimate friend.
التفاسير:
102
:
26
فَلَوۡ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةٗ فَنَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
102. Then If we only had a return (to the world), and would be among the believers.
التفاسير:
103
:
26
إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
103. In this there is certainly a sign. Yet most of them were not to be believers.
التفاسير:
104
:
26
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
104. And indeed Your Lord (Allāh) is the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
التفاسير:
105

26
كَذَّبَتۡ قَوۡمُ نُوحٍ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
105. The people of Noah rejected the messengers (of Allāh).
التفاسير:
106
:
26
إِذۡ قَالَ لَهُمۡ أَخُوهُمۡ نُوحٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
106. When their brother Noah said to them: "Will you not fear (Allāh and shun evil)?"
التفاسير:
107
:
26
إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ
107. Indeed, I am a trustworthy messenger to you;
التفاسير:
108
:
26
فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
108. So fear Allāh, (shun evil) and obey me.
التفاسير:
109
:
26
وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
109. I do not ask you any reward for this (Message); my reward is only with (Allāh) the Lord of the worlds:

26
فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
110. So fear Allāh, (shun evil) and obey me.
التفاسير:
111
:
26
۞ قَالُوٓاْ أَنُؤۡمِنُ لَكَ وَٱتَّبَعَكَ ٱلۡأَرۡذَلُونَ
111. They said: "Should we believe in you when you are followed by the lowest (class of people)?"
