119 : 16

ثُمَّ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لِلَّذِينَ عَمِلُواْ ٱلسُّوٓءَ بِجَهَٰلَةٖ ثُمَّ تَابُواْ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ذَٰلِكَ وَأَصۡلَحُوٓاْ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهَا لَغَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٌ

119. Then indeed, your Lord (shows Mercy and love) to those who do evil out of ignorance, then after that repent and live righteously; indeed, your Lord after it, is certainly All-Forgiving, Most Merciful. info

120 : 16

إِنَّ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ كَانَ أُمَّةٗ قَانِتٗا لِّلَّهِ حَنِيفٗا وَلَمۡ يَكُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ

120. Surely Abraham was a nation [43], devoutly committed to Allāh, upright, and he was not of the polytheists. info

[43]. I.e., leading paragon and shining example.

121 : 16

شَاكِرٗا لِّأَنۡعُمِهِۚ ٱجۡتَبَىٰهُ وَهَدَىٰهُ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ

121. Thankful for His graces. He chose him and guided him to a straight Path (of the religion of Islam). info

122 : 16

وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَا حَسَنَةٗۖ وَإِنَّهُۥ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ لَمِنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ

122. And We gave him good in this world, and in the Hereafter he will certainly be among the righteous. info

123 : 16

ثُمَّ أَوۡحَيۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَ أَنِ ٱتَّبِعۡ مِلَّةَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ حَنِيفٗاۖ وَمَا كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ

123. Then We revealed to you (O Muhammad): Follow (Islam) the (purely Monotheistic) Faith of Abraham, the upright one, and he was not of the polytheists. info

124 : 16

إِنَّمَا جُعِلَ ٱلسَّبۡتُ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ٱخۡتَلَفُواْ فِيهِۚ وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَيَحۡكُمُ بَيۡنَهُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ فِيمَا كَانُواْ فِيهِ يَخۡتَلِفُونَ

124. Surely the Sabbath was ordained only for those (Jews) who differed about (its observance),  and your Lord will certainly judge between them on the Day of Judgement, that about which they differed. info

125 : 16

ٱدۡعُ إِلَىٰ سَبِيلِ رَبِّكَ بِٱلۡحِكۡمَةِ وَٱلۡمَوۡعِظَةِ ٱلۡحَسَنَةِۖ وَجَٰدِلۡهُم بِٱلَّتِي هِيَ أَحۡسَنُۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦ وَهُوَ أَعۡلَمُ بِٱلۡمُهۡتَدِينَ

125. Invite (all people to Islam) the Way of (Allāh) your Lord with wisdom and good advice, and argue with them in the best manner. Indeed, your Lord best knows those who go astray from His path, and He knows best who is rightly guided. info

126 : 16

وَإِنۡ عَاقَبۡتُمۡ فَعَاقِبُواْ بِمِثۡلِ مَا عُوقِبۡتُم بِهِۦۖ وَلَئِن صَبَرۡتُمۡ لَهُوَ خَيۡرٞ لِّلصَّٰبِرِينَ

126. If you retaliate, then retaliate with the like of that with which you were afflicted; but if you patiently endure (instead of revenge), it is best for the patient [44]. info

[44]. Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, quarrel and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other just as Allāh forgive your sins.

127 : 16

وَٱصۡبِرۡ وَمَا صَبۡرُكَ إِلَّا بِٱللَّهِۚ وَلَا تَحۡزَنۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَلَا تَكُ فِي ضَيۡقٖ مِّمَّا يَمۡكُرُونَ

127. Be patient, and your patience is only with Allah's help. Do not grieve for them (the deniers), nor be distressed by their plotting (of evil plans). info

128 : 16

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَواْ وَّٱلَّذِينَ هُم مُّحۡسِنُونَ

128. Indeed, Allāh is with those who fear Him (and shun evil) and those who are good-doers [45]. info

[45]. Who excel in their worship of their sole Creator, Allāh, and do good deeds. Therefore be mindful of Allāh, focus on Him. You must get rid of all prohibited things: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires, greed, theft and cheating. Because of these, the wrath of Allāh is coming. You must also rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, lying, and filthy language from your lips. We should follow our example, God's last messenger, the Prophet Muhammad. Therefore, as Muslims, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as Allāh forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.
