Sura el-Muddessir

Ayah: 1

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلۡمُدَّثِّرُ
O ti, pokriveni!
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 2

قُمۡ فَأَنذِرۡ
Ustani i opominji!
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 3

وَرَبَّكَ فَكَبِّرۡ
I Gospodara svoga veličaj!

Ayah: 4

وَثِيَابَكَ فَطَهِّرۡ
I haljine svoje očisti!

Ayah: 5

وَٱلرُّجۡزَ فَٱهۡجُرۡ
I kumīrā se kloni!

Ayah: 6

وَلَا تَمۡنُن تَسۡتَكۡثِرُ
I ne prigovaraj držeći da je mnogo!

Ayah: 7

وَلِرَبِّكَ فَٱصۡبِرۡ
I radi Gospodara svoga trpi!

فَإِذَا نُقِرَ فِي ٱلنَّاقُورِ
A kada se u Rog puhne –

فَذَٰلِكَ يَوۡمَئِذٖ يَوۡمٌ عَسِيرٌ
biće to naporan dan

Ayah: 10

عَلَى ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ غَيۡرُ يَسِيرٖ
nevjernicima, neće biti lagahan.

Ayah: 11

ذَرۡنِي وَمَنۡ خَلَقۡتُ وَحِيدٗا
Meni ostavi onoga koga sam Ja izuzetkom učinio

وَجَعَلۡتُ لَهُۥ مَالٗا مَّمۡدُودٗا
i bogatstvo mu ogromno dao

وَبَنِينَ شُهُودٗا
i sinove koji su s njim

Ayah: 14

وَمَهَّدتُّ لَهُۥ تَمۡهِيدٗا
i čast i ugled mu pružio –

ثُمَّ يَطۡمَعُ أَنۡ أَزِيدَ
i još žudi da uvećam!

Ayah: 16

كَلَّآۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ لِأٓيَٰتِنَا عَنِيدٗا
Nikako! On, doista, prkosi ajetima Našim –

سَأُرۡهِقُهُۥ صَعُودًا
a naprtiću Ja njemu teškoće,

Ayah: 18

إِنَّهُۥ فَكَّرَ وَقَدَّرَ
jer je smišljao i računao –

Ayah: 19

فَقُتِلَ كَيۡفَ قَدَّرَ
i, proklet bio, kako je proračunao!

Ayah: 20

ثُمَّ قُتِلَ كَيۡفَ قَدَّرَ
i još jednom, proklet bio, kako je proračunao! –

ثُمَّ نَظَرَ
Zatim je pogledao

Ayah: 22

ثُمَّ عَبَسَ وَبَسَرَ
pa se onda smrknuo i namrštio

Ayah: 23

ثُمَّ أَدۡبَرَ وَٱسۡتَكۡبَرَ
i potom se okrenuo i uzoholio,

Ayah: 24

فَقَالَ إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا سِحۡرٞ يُؤۡثَرُ
i rekao: "Ovo nije ništa drugo do vradžbina koja se nasljeđuje,

Ayah: 25

إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا قَوۡلُ ٱلۡبَشَرِ
ovo su samo čovjekove riječi!"

Ayah: 26

سَأُصۡلِيهِ سَقَرَ
U Sekar ću Ja njega baciti –

Ayah: 27

وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا سَقَرُ
a znaš li ti šta je Sekar?

Ayah: 28

لَا تُبۡقِي وَلَا تَذَرُ
Ništa on neće poštedjeti,

Ayah: 29

لَوَّاحَةٞ لِّلۡبَشَرِ
kože će crnim učiniti,

Ayah: 30

عَلَيۡهَا تِسۡعَةَ عَشَرَ
nad njim su devetnaesterica.

Ayah: 31

وَمَا جَعَلۡنَآ أَصۡحَٰبَ ٱلنَّارِ إِلَّا مَلَٰٓئِكَةٗۖ وَمَا جَعَلۡنَا عِدَّتَهُمۡ إِلَّا فِتۡنَةٗ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لِيَسۡتَيۡقِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ وَيَزۡدَادَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِيمَٰنٗا وَلَا يَرۡتَابَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ وَلِيَقُولَ ٱلَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٞ وَٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ مَاذَآ أَرَادَ ٱللَّهُ بِهَٰذَا مَثَلٗاۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يُضِلُّ ٱللَّهُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَهۡدِي مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَمَا يَعۡلَمُ جُنُودَ رَبِّكَ إِلَّا هُوَۚ وَمَا هِيَ إِلَّا ذِكۡرَىٰ لِلۡبَشَرِ
Mi smo čuvarima vatre meleke postavili i odredili broj njihov kao iskušenje onima koji ne vjeruju, da se oni kojima je Knjiga data uvjere, i da se onima koji vjeruju vjerovanje učvrsti, i da oni kojima je Knjiga data i oni koji su vjernici ne sumnjaju, i da oni čija su srca bolesna i oni koji su nevjernici – kažu: "Šta je Allah htio ovim primjerom?" Tako Allah ostavlja u zabludi onoga koga hoće, i na Pravi put ukazuje onome kome hoće. A vojske Gospodara tvoga samo On zna. I Sekar je ljudima samo opomena.

Ayah: 32

كَلَّا وَٱلۡقَمَرِ
I tako Mi Mjeseca,

Ayah: 33

وَٱلَّيۡلِ إِذۡ أَدۡبَرَ
i noći kada mine,

Ayah: 34

وَٱلصُّبۡحِ إِذَآ أَسۡفَرَ
i zore kada svane –

Ayah: 35

إِنَّهَا لَإِحۡدَى ٱلۡكُبَرِ
on je, zaista, najveća nevolja,

Ayah: 36

نَذِيرٗا لِّلۡبَشَرِ
ljudima je opomena –

Ayah: 37

لِمَن شَآءَ مِنكُمۡ أَن يَتَقَدَّمَ أَوۡ يَتَأَخَّرَ
onome između vas koji želi učiniti dobro ili onome koji ne želi!

Ayah: 38

كُلُّ نَفۡسِۭ بِمَا كَسَبَتۡ رَهِينَةٌ
Svaki čovjek je odgovoran za ono što je radio,

إِلَّآ أَصۡحَٰبَ ٱلۡيَمِينِ
osim sretnīkā,

Ayah: 40

فِي جَنَّٰتٖ يَتَسَآءَلُونَ
oni će se u džennetskim baščama raspitivati

Ayah: 41

عَنِ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ
o nevjernicima:

Ayah: 42

مَا سَلَكَكُمۡ فِي سَقَرَ
"Šta vas je u Sekar dovelo?"

Ayah: 43

قَالُواْ لَمۡ نَكُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُصَلِّينَ
"Nismo" – reći će – "bili od onih koji su molitvu obavljali

Ayah: 44

وَلَمۡ نَكُ نُطۡعِمُ ٱلۡمِسۡكِينَ
i od onih koji su siromahe hranili,

Ayah: 45

وَكُنَّا نَخُوضُ مَعَ ٱلۡخَآئِضِينَ
i u besposlice smo se sa besposlenjacima upuštali,

Ayah: 46

وَكُنَّا نُكَذِّبُ بِيَوۡمِ ٱلدِّينِ
i Sudnji dan smo poricali,

Ayah: 47

حَتَّىٰٓ أَتَىٰنَا ٱلۡيَقِينُ
sve dok nam smrt nije došla."

Ayah: 48

فَمَا تَنفَعُهُمۡ شَفَٰعَةُ ٱلشَّٰفِعِينَ
Njima posredovanje posrednika neće biti od koristi.

Ayah: 49

فَمَا لَهُمۡ عَنِ ٱلتَّذۡكِرَةِ مُعۡرِضِينَ
Pa zašto oni pouku izbjegavaju,

Ayah: 50

كَأَنَّهُمۡ حُمُرٞ مُّسۡتَنفِرَةٞ
kao da su divlji magarci preplašeni

Ayah: 51

فَرَّتۡ مِن قَسۡوَرَةِۭ
koji od onih koji ih progone bježe.

Ayah: 52

بَلۡ يُرِيدُ كُلُّ ٱمۡرِيٕٖ مِّنۡهُمۡ أَن يُؤۡتَىٰ صُحُفٗا مُّنَشَّرَةٗ
Da! Svaki čovjek bi od njih htio da mu se daju listovi rašireni.

Ayah: 53

كَلَّاۖ بَل لَّا يَخَافُونَ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةَ
Nikada, jer oni se onoga svijeta ne plaše!

Ayah: 54

كَلَّآ إِنَّهُۥ تَذۡكِرَةٞ
Uistinu! Kur'an je pouka,

Ayah: 55

فَمَن شَآءَ ذَكَرَهُۥ
i ko hoće, na umu će ga imati,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 56

وَمَا يَذۡكُرُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُۚ هُوَ أَهۡلُ ٱلتَّقۡوَىٰ وَأَهۡلُ ٱلۡمَغۡفِرَةِ
a na umu će ga imati samo ako Allah bude htio, On je jedini dostojan da Ga se boje i On jedini prašta.
