Translation of the meanings Surah: ‘Abasa   Ayah:

‘Abasa

Ayah: 1

عَبَسَ وَتَوَلَّىٰٓ
Adachita tsinya (Mneneri) ndi kuyang’ana kumbali.[384]
[384] Tsiku lina Mneneri (s.a.w) atakhala ndi akuluakulu a Aquraishi. Adali kuwalalikira za chipembedzo mwachidwi, ndipo adali kuyembekezera kuti akavomereza Chisilamu iwo, ndiye kuti anthu owatsatira naonso avomereza. Chifukwa anthu ambiri sadalowe Chisilamu poopa atsogoleri awo. Pa nthawi imeneyi adatulukira wakhungu wina yemwe ankatchedwa Ibn Ummu Maktum. Sadadziwe kuti Mneneri (s.a.w) ali wotanganidwa. Adamukuwira: “E Iwe Mneneri wa Allah! Ndiphunzitse inenso zimene wakuphunzitsa Allah.” Ndipo ankangomubwerezera-bwerezera mawu amenewa. Mneneri (s.a.w) pakuti adali ndi chidwi ndi kulalikira akuluakulu aja, adamchitira tsinya wakhungu uja chifukwa chomuonongera ntchito yake; sadamumvere. Basi pamenepa Allah akumdzudzula Mneneri Wake pa zomwe adachita posiya kumumvera amene adamubwerera kudzafuna chiongoko.

Ayah: 2

أَن جَآءَهُ ٱلۡأَعۡمَىٰ
Chifukwa chakuti adamdzera wakhungu (kudzamfunsa zokhudzana ndi chipembedzo chake pamene iye adali kuyankhula ndi atsogoleri Achiquraishi).

وَمَا يُدۡرِيكَ لَعَلَّهُۥ يَزَّكَّىٰٓ
Nanga chingakudziwitse nchiyani kuti mwina iye angadziyeretse (pomvera ulaliki wako watsopano)?

Ayah: 4

أَوۡ يَذَّكَّرُ فَتَنفَعَهُ ٱلذِّكۡرَىٰٓ
Kapena akumbukira, ndipo kukumbukirako kumthandiza?

أَمَّا مَنِ ٱسۡتَغۡنَىٰ
Koma amene wadzikwaniritsa (ndi chuma chake ndi mphamvu zake),

فَأَنتَ لَهُۥ تَصَدَّىٰ
Ameneyo ndi yemwe ukumchitira chidwi.

وَمَا عَلَيۡكَ أَلَّا يَزَّكَّىٰ
Palibe chilichonse pa iwe ngati sadziyeretsa.

وَأَمَّا مَن جَآءَكَ يَسۡعَىٰ
Koma amene wakudzera uku akuthamanga (kufuna maphunziro ndi chiongoko),

وَهُوَ يَخۡشَىٰ
Ndipo iye akuopa (Allah mu mtima mwake).

Ayah: 10

فَأَنتَ عَنۡهُ تَلَهَّىٰ
Za iye, iwe sukusamala, (ukuyikira chidwi kwa wina).

Ayah: 11

كَلَّآ إِنَّهَا تَذۡكِرَةٞ
Sichoncho! Ndithudi iyi (Qur’an) ndi chikumbutso (chenjezo).[385]
[385] (Ndime 11-16) Apa Allah akumuletsa Mtumiki Wake kuti asachitenso zonga adachitazo ndi kumuuza kuti Qur’an ndi ulaliki chabe, amene afuna kulingalira za ulalikiwo, umuthandiza, ndipo amene safuna, kutaika ndi kwake. Ndiponso adamufotokozera kuti Qur’an idachokera m’mabuku olemekezeka; idachokera ku “Lauhil-Mahfudh” mabuku omwe ali m’manja mwa Angelo olemba, olemekezeka, ochita zabwino omwe ndi abwino kuposa Aquraishi.

Ayah: 12

فَمَن شَآءَ ذَكَرَهُۥ
Basi, amene wafuna alangizika (ndi Qur’an, ndipo amene sakufuna msiye).

فِي صُحُفٖ مُّكَرَّمَةٖ
(Malangizowa akuchokera) mmakalata olemekezeka (kwa Allah);

مَّرۡفُوعَةٖ مُّطَهَّرَةِۭ
Apamwamba ndiponso oyeretsedwa (kumbiri iliyonse yopunguka);

بِأَيۡدِي سَفَرَةٖ
Omwe ali m’manja mwa Alembi (Angelo).

كِرَامِۭ بَرَرَةٖ
Olemekezeka, omvera.

قُتِلَ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ مَآ أَكۡفَرَهُۥ
Waonongeka (watembeleredwa) munthu. Nkotani kusayamika kwake kotereku.

مِنۡ أَيِّ شَيۡءٍ خَلَقَهُۥ
Kuchokera mchinthu chanji chimene iye adamulenga.

مِن نُّطۡفَةٍ خَلَقَهُۥ فَقَدَّرَهُۥ
Kuchokera ku dontho lamadzi (onyozeka) adamulenga, namkonzeratu mkalengedwe kosiyanasiyana.

ثُمَّ ٱلسَّبِيلَ يَسَّرَهُۥ
Kenako adamfewetsera njira (yotulukira m’mimba mwa mai ake).

ثُمَّ أَمَاتَهُۥ فَأَقۡبَرَهُۥ
Ndipo amamchititsa kuti amwalire namukumbula m’manda,

ثُمَّ إِذَا شَآءَ أَنشَرَهُۥ
Kenako akadzafuna adzamuukitsa (pambuyo pa imfa).

كَلَّا لَمَّا يَقۡضِ مَآ أَمَرَهُۥ
Ayi ndithu (munthu) sanakwaniritsebe zimene adamulamula Mbuye wake (Allah chingakhale wakhala nthawi yaitali pa dziko lapansi).

Ayah: 24

فَلۡيَنظُرِ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ إِلَىٰ طَعَامِهِۦٓ
Alingalire munthu (mmene chilili) chakudya chake;[386]
[386] Ngati munthu sakumbuka chilengedwe chake, ayang’ane chakudya chimene akudya momwe chimapezekera. Azindikira mphamvu za Allah.

أَنَّا صَبَبۡنَا ٱلۡمَآءَ صَبّٗا
Ndithu Ife timagwetsa mvula yambiri (kuchokera ku mitambo).

ثُمَّ شَقَقۡنَا ٱلۡأَرۡضَ شَقّٗا
Kenako timaing’amba nthaka kuti mmera utuluke;

فَأَنۢبَتۡنَا فِيهَا حَبّٗا
Ndipo timameretsa m’menemo njere (ya chakudya cha anthu ndi zina zimene amasunga mnkhokwe),

وَعِنَبٗا وَقَضۡبٗا
Ndi mphesa ndi msipu.

وَزَيۡتُونٗا وَنَخۡلٗا
Ndi mzitona (wabwino) ndi (zipatso za) kanjedza,

Ayah: 30

وَحَدَآئِقَ غُلۡبٗا
Ndi minda yothothana nthambi za mitengo,

Ayah: 31

وَفَٰكِهَةٗ وَأَبّٗا
Ndi zipatso (zodyedwa ndi anthu) ndi msipu (wodyedwa ndi nyama);

مَّتَٰعٗا لَّكُمۡ وَلِأَنۡعَٰمِكُمۡ
(Tazimeretsa zimenezo kuti) zikondweretse inu ndi ziweto zanu.

فَإِذَا جَآءَتِ ٱلصَّآخَّةُ
Choncho likadzafika lipenga logonthetsa mkhutu (ndi kuumitsa makosi).

يَوۡمَ يَفِرُّ ٱلۡمَرۡءُ مِنۡ أَخِيهِ
Patsikuli munthu adzathawa m’bale wake,

وَأُمِّهِۦ وَأَبِيهِ
Mayi wake ndi bambo wake,

Ayah: 36

وَصَٰحِبَتِهِۦ وَبَنِيهِ
Mkazi wake ndi ana ake.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 37

لِكُلِّ ٱمۡرِيٕٖ مِّنۡهُمۡ يَوۡمَئِذٖ شَأۡنٞ يُغۡنِيهِ
Munthu aliyense mwa iwo, tsiku limenelo adzakhala ndi zakezake zotangwanika nazo. (Sadzalabadira za anzake).

Ayah: 38

وُجُوهٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ مُّسۡفِرَةٞ
Tsiku limenelo nkhope zina zidzakhala zowala;[387]
[387] (Ndime 38-39) Tsiku limenelo anthu adzakhala kakhalidwe ka mitundu iwiri: amene adakhulupilira ndi kuchita ntchito zabwino nkhope zawo zidzawala ndi chimwemwe, ndipo amene adakanira ndikumachita zoipa, nkhope zawo zidzakhala zafumbi ndi zakuda monga momwe anenera ma Ayah 40 ndi 42.

ضَاحِكَةٞ مُّسۡتَبۡشِرَةٞ
Zosekelera ndi zachimwemwe (chifukwa cha nkhani yabwino ya ku Munda wamtendere.)

وَوُجُوهٞ يَوۡمَئِذٍ عَلَيۡهَا غَبَرَةٞ
Ndipo nkhope zina tsiku limenelo zidzakhala zokutidwa ndi fumbi.

تَرۡهَقُهَا قَتَرَةٌ
Mdima udzazikuta.

أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡكَفَرَةُ ٱلۡفَجَرَةُ
Iwo ndi anthu osakhulupirira oipa (olakwira Allah).
