सूरतुश्शरह

Ayah: 1

اَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ ۟ۙ
१) के हामीले तिम्रो छाती खोलिदिएनौं ?

وَوَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَ ۟ۙ
२) र तिमीमाथिबाट तिम्रो बोझ पनि हामीले उतारिदियौं ।

الَّذِیْۤ اَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ ۟ۙ
३) जसले तिम्रो कम्मर भाँचिराखेको थियो ।

४) र हामीले तिम्रो मर्यादा उच्च पार्यौं ।

فَاِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ یُسْرًا ۟ۙ
५) निःसन्देह कठिनाइको साथमा सरलता पनि छ ।

६) निःसन्देह कष्टको साथ सजिलो (सरलता) छ ।

७) जब तिमीलाई फुर्सद हुन्छ, तब इबादत (पूजा)मा परिश्रम गर,
