ការបកប្រែអត្ថន័យ ជំពូក​ អាត់ទូខន - ការបកប្រែជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស - អាប់ឌុលឡោះ ហាសាន់ យ៉ាកូប - លេខ​ទំព័រ 496 - សព្វវចនាធិប្បាយគម្ពីរអាល់គួរអាន

Ad-Dukhān

1 : 44

حمٓ

1. Ha Meem ^[1].

[1]. See footnote to Qur’an chapter 2: Verse 1.

2 : 44

وَٱلۡكِتَٰبِ ٱلۡمُبِينِ

2. Consider this clear Book ^[2].

[2]. God is swearing by the clear Book (this Qur’an) whose verses are clear with regards to its language and rulings, and all its meanings. A Book whose Truth is evident and which clears up that which is indefinite and inexact.

3 : 44

إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ فِي لَيۡلَةٖ مُّبَٰرَكَةٍۚ إِنَّا كُنَّا مُنذِرِينَ

3. We have sent it down (this Qur’an) on a blessed night ^[3]. Surely We have been warning (mankind) ^[4].

[3]. I.e., Laylatul Qadar - the Night of Decree in Ramadan.
[4]. From polytheism and sins.

4 : 44

فِيهَا يُفۡرَقُ كُلُّ أَمۡرٍ حَكِيمٍ

4. Therein (that night) every wise matter is made distinct ^[5].

[5]. The angels descend with whatever Allāh has decreed of deaths, births, provisions, calamities, etc., for the whole coming year, according to what is in the Preserved Tablet.

 

   

5 : 44

أَمۡرٗا مِّنۡ عِندِنَآۚ إِنَّا كُنَّا مُرۡسِلِينَ

5. A Command from Us. Surely We have (ever) been sending (Messengers),

6 : 44

رَحۡمَةٗ مِّن رَّبِّكَۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ

6. As a Mercy from your Lord (Allāh). Surely He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing,

7 : 44

رَبِّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَآۖ إِن كُنتُم مُّوقِنِينَ

7. Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, if you would be certain.

8 : 44

لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ يُحۡيِۦ وَيُمِيتُۖ رَبُّكُمۡ وَرَبُّ ءَابَآئِكُمُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

8. There is no god (worthy of worship) except Him (Allāh). He gives life and causes death. (He is) your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers.

9 : 44

بَلۡ هُمۡ فِي شَكّٖ يَلۡعَبُونَ

9. Rather, they are in doubt, playing.

10 : 44

فَٱرۡتَقِبۡ يَوۡمَ تَأۡتِي ٱلسَّمَآءُ بِدُخَانٖ مُّبِينٖ

10. So watch for the Day when the sky will come up with with an evident smoke ^[6].

[6]. And they will be in great suffering.

11 : 44

يَغۡشَى ٱلنَّاسَۖ هَٰذَا عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٞ

11. Covering the people; this is a painful torment!

12 : 44

رَّبَّنَا ٱكۡشِفۡ عَنَّا ٱلۡعَذَابَ إِنَّا مُؤۡمِنُونَ

12. "Our Lord, remove the torment from us, we now believe ^[7]."

[7]. In you as one God only with no second or third, with no any partner, and that Mohammad is your servant and messenger.

13 : 44

أَنَّىٰ لَهُمُ ٱلذِّكۡرَىٰ وَقَدۡ جَآءَهُمۡ رَسُولٞ مُّبِينٞ

13. How can (there be) for them the remembrance (at that time), and there had come to them a clear messenger (i.e., Muhammad).

14 : 44

ثُمَّ تَوَلَّوۡاْ عَنۡهُ وَقَالُواْ مُعَلَّمٞ مَّجۡنُونٌ

14. Then they turned away from him and said: (He is) one taught (and further said he is) possessed."

15 : 44

إِنَّا كَاشِفُواْ ٱلۡعَذَابِ قَلِيلًاۚ إِنَّكُمۡ عَآئِدُونَ

15. Indeed, We are removing the torment for a little while, surely you will be returning (to disbelief).

16 : 44

يَوۡمَ نَبۡطِشُ ٱلۡبَطۡشَةَ ٱلۡكُبۡرَىٰٓ إِنَّا مُنتَقِمُونَ

16. The Day ^[8] We will strike with the greatest assault, We will surely exact retribution.

[8]. Of decision, the battle of Badr.

17 : 44

۞ وَلَقَدۡ فَتَنَّا قَبۡلَهُمۡ قَوۡمَ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَجَآءَهُمۡ رَسُولٞ كَرِيمٌ

17. And indeed, We tried before them the people of Pharaoh, and came to them a noble messenger (i.e., Moses),

18 : 44

أَنۡ أَدُّوٓاْ إِلَيَّ عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِۖ إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ

18. That, "Render to me the servants of Allāh (the children of Israel). Indeed, I am a trustworthy messenger to you,
