36 : 6

۞ إِنَّمَا يَسۡتَجِيبُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَسۡمَعُونَۘ وَٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ يَبۡعَثُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ثُمَّ إِلَيۡهِ يُرۡجَعُونَ

36. Only those who listen [attentively] will respond. As for the dead, Allāh will resurrect them, then to Him they will be [all] returned. info

37 : 6

وَقَالُواْ لَوۡلَا نُزِّلَ عَلَيۡهِ ءَايَةٞ مِّن رَّبِّهِۦۚ قُلۡ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَادِرٌ عَلَىٰٓ أَن يُنَزِّلَ ءَايَةٗ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ

37. They said, “Why has no Sign been sent down to him from his Lord, Allāh?” Say: “Allāh is fully capable of sending down a Sign, yet most of them do not know.” info

38 : 6

وَمَا مِن دَآبَّةٖ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا طَٰٓئِرٖ يَطِيرُ بِجَنَاحَيۡهِ إِلَّآ أُمَمٌ أَمۡثَالُكُمۚ مَّا فَرَّطۡنَا فِي ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مِن شَيۡءٖۚ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِمۡ يُحۡشَرُونَ

38. There is not a single moving creature on the earth, nor a bird that flies with its two wings, but they are communities like you. We have left nothing out in the Book [the Preserved Tablet], then to their Lord [Allāh] they will all be gathered. info

39 : 6

وَٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا صُمّٞ وَبُكۡمٞ فِي ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِۗ مَن يَشَإِ ٱللَّهُ يُضۡلِلۡهُ وَمَن يَشَأۡ يَجۡعَلۡهُ عَلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ

39. Those who reject Our Verses are deaf and dumb, in utter darkness. Whomever Allāh wills, He justly leaves astray; and whomever He wills, He puts him on a straight path. info

40 : 6

قُلۡ أَرَءَيۡتَكُمۡ إِنۡ أَتَىٰكُمۡ عَذَابُ ٱللَّهِ أَوۡ أَتَتۡكُمُ ٱلسَّاعَةُ أَغَيۡرَ ٱللَّهِ تَدۡعُونَ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ

40. Say: “Tell me—if the punishment of Allāh should come upon you, or the Hour should overtake you—would you call upon anyone other than Allāh for help, if you are truthful?” info

41 : 6

بَلۡ إِيَّاهُ تَدۡعُونَ فَيَكۡشِفُ مَا تَدۡعُونَ إِلَيۡهِ إِن شَآءَ وَتَنسَوۡنَ مَا تُشۡرِكُونَ

41. Rather, it is Him alone you would call upon; then, He would remove [that hardship] for which you call upon Him, if he wills, and you would forget what you associate [with Him]. info

42 : 6

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَىٰٓ أُمَمٖ مِّن قَبۡلِكَ فَأَخَذۡنَٰهُم بِٱلۡبَأۡسَآءِ وَٱلضَّرَّآءِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَضَرَّعُونَ

42. Indeed, We sent [messengers] to nations before you; then We seized them with poverty and hardship so that they might humble themselves [to Us]. info

43 : 6

فَلَوۡلَآ إِذۡ جَآءَهُم بَأۡسُنَا تَضَرَّعُواْ وَلَٰكِن قَسَتۡ قُلُوبُهُمۡ وَزَيَّنَ لَهُمُ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ مَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ

43. Yet why did they not, when Our punishment came to them, implored themselves [to Allāh, asking forgiveness]? But their hearts were hardened [as stone], and Satan made what they used to do seem fair to them. info

44 : 6

فَلَمَّا نَسُواْ مَا ذُكِّرُواْ بِهِۦ فَتَحۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ أَبۡوَٰبَ كُلِّ شَيۡءٍ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا فَرِحُواْ بِمَآ أُوتُوٓاْ أَخَذۡنَٰهُم بَغۡتَةٗ فَإِذَا هُم مُّبۡلِسُونَ

44. Then, when they forgot what they had been reminded of, We opened for them the gates of every [good] thing. Until when they rejoiced in what they were given, We seized them suddenly—then behold, they were plunged into despair! info
