Sura el-Adijat

Ayah: 1

وَٱلۡعَٰدِيَٰتِ ضَبۡحٗا
Tako mi onih koji dahćući jure,

Ayah: 2

فَٱلۡمُورِيَٰتِ قَدۡحٗا
pa varnice vrcaju,

Ayah: 3

فَٱلۡمُغِيرَٰتِ صُبۡحٗا
i zorom napadaju,

Ayah: 4

فَأَثَرۡنَ بِهِۦ نَقۡعٗا
i dižu tada prašinu

Ayah: 5

فَوَسَطۡنَ بِهِۦ جَمۡعًا
pa u njoj u gomilu upadaju –

Ayah: 6

إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ لِرَبِّهِۦ لَكَنُودٞ
čovjek je, zaista, Gospodaru svome nezahvalan

وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٞ
i sam je on toga, doista, svjestan,

وَإِنَّهُۥ لِحُبِّ ٱلۡخَيۡرِ لَشَدِيدٌ
i on je, zato što voli bogatstvo – radiša.

۞ أَفَلَا يَعۡلَمُ إِذَا بُعۡثِرَ مَا فِي ٱلۡقُبُورِ
A zar on ne zna da će, kada budu oživljeni oni koji su u grobovima

وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِي ٱلصُّدُورِ
i kada iziđe na vidjelo ono što je u srcima,

إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمۡ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لَّخَبِيرُۢ
Gospodar njihov toga Dana, sigurno, sve znati o njima?
