133 : 3

۞ وَسَارِعُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ مَغۡفِرَةٖ مِّن رَّبِّكُمۡ وَجَنَّةٍ عَرۡضُهَا ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتُ وَٱلۡأَرۡضُ أُعِدَّتۡ لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ

133. Rush towards forgiveness from your Lord, and a Paradise as vast as the heavens and the earth, prepared for the righteous. info

134 : 3

ٱلَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ فِي ٱلسَّرَّآءِ وَٱلضَّرَّآءِ وَٱلۡكَٰظِمِينَ ٱلۡغَيۡظَ وَٱلۡعَافِينَ عَنِ ٱلنَّاسِۗ وَٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ

134. Those who spend [and give charity] in times of ease and hardship [48], who restrain [their] anger and pardon the people [49]; for Allāh loves those who do good. info

[48]. Mohammad, God's messenger ﷺ said, "Charity is obligatory everyday on every joint of a human being". If one helps a person in matters concerning his riding means by helping him to ride on it or by lifting his luggage on to it, all this will be regarded as charity. A good word, and every step one takes to offer the obligatory congregational prayer is regarded as charity; and guiding somebody on the road is regarded as charity."
[49]. Muhammad, God's Messenger ﷺ said, "The strong is not the one who overcomes the people by his strength, but the strong is the one who controls himself while in anger."

135 : 3

وَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا فَعَلُواْ فَٰحِشَةً أَوۡ ظَلَمُوٓاْ أَنفُسَهُمۡ ذَكَرُواْ ٱللَّهَ فَٱسۡتَغۡفَرُواْ لِذُنُوبِهِمۡ وَمَن يَغۡفِرُ ٱلذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ وَلَمۡ يُصِرُّواْ عَلَىٰ مَا فَعَلُواْ وَهُمۡ يَعۡلَمُونَ

135. And those who, when they commit an indecency or wrong themselves, remember Allāh and seek forgiveness for their sins - and who forgives sins except Allāh [50]? And [they] do not persist knowingly in what they have done [of sins]. info

[50]. Allah’s foremost attribute is His forgiving love and mercy, manifested in His patience. He is utterly unique and distinct from the false gods worshiped by pagan nations. In His boundless mercy, Allāh sent His final Messenger, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, to guide humanity to the straight path, so that we may live honorably in this world and attain eternal success in the Hereafter.

136 : 3

أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ جَزَآؤُهُم مَّغۡفِرَةٞ مِّن رَّبِّهِمۡ وَجَنَّٰتٞ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَاۚ وَنِعۡمَ أَجۡرُ ٱلۡعَٰمِلِينَ

136. It is they whose reward is forgiveness from their Lord, and Gardens under which rivers flow, where they will abide forever. How excellent is the reward of the [righteous] workers. info

137 : 3

قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ سُنَنٞ فَسِيرُواْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَٱنظُرُواْ كَيۡفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

137. [Similar ways and] traditions have already passed before you [51]. So journey through the land and see what was the end of the deniers. info

[51]. Those Divine laws and canons which stipulate that victory and defeat take turns and are ever interchangeable between believers and deniers. The deliverance of the believers is assured after putting them to the test.

138 : 3

هَٰذَا بَيَانٞ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدٗى وَمَوۡعِظَةٞ لِّلۡمُتَّقِينَ

138. This is a clear message for all people, and a guidance and an admonition for the righteous. info

139 : 3

وَلَا تَهِنُواْ وَلَا تَحۡزَنُواْ وَأَنتُمُ ٱلۡأَعۡلَوۡنَ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ

139. So do not lose heart or grieve [52], for you will be superior if you are 'true' believers. info

[52]. Do not be anxious over anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving, let your petitions be made known to Allāh; and the peace of Allāh that surpasses all circumstances will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of following God's last and final messenger, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

140 : 3

إِن يَمۡسَسۡكُمۡ قَرۡحٞ فَقَدۡ مَسَّ ٱلۡقَوۡمَ قَرۡحٞ مِّثۡلُهُۥۚ وَتِلۡكَ ٱلۡأَيَّامُ نُدَاوِلُهَا بَيۡنَ ٱلنَّاسِ وَلِيَعۡلَمَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَيَتَّخِذَ مِنكُمۡ شُهَدَآءَۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ

140. If a wound has touched you [at Uhud], a similar wound has also touched the [disbelieving] people [at Badr]. And such days [good and hard times] We alternate among the people, so that Allāh may make evident those who believe and take to Himself martyrs from among you; And Allah does not like the wrongdoers. info
