28 : 18

28. Keep yourself patient with those who call upon their Lord morning and evening, seeking His face. Do not let your eyes pass beyond them, desiring the glitter of the worldly life. And do not obey any whose heart We have made heedless of Our remembrance, who follow his own desires, and whose affair has gone to excess. info

29 : 18

29. And say, “The truth is from your Lord. So whoever wills, let him believe, and whoever wills, let him disbelieve.” Indeed, We have prepared for the wrongdoers a Fire whose walls will enclose them. If they cry out for relief, they will be given water like molten metal that scalds their faces. Wretched is the drink, and evil is the resting- place. info

30 : 18

30. Indeed, those who believe and do righteous deeds — indeed, We will not let go to waste the reward of anyone who excels in good [18]. info

[18]. After the warning to those who reject truth, this verse immediately brings hope and balance — showing the mercy and justice of Allāh. Faith (īmān) and righteous action (ʿamal ṣāliḥ) are inseparable: belief is proven by deeds, and deeds gain value through belief.
The phrase “We do not waste the reward of anyone who excels in doing good” emphasizes that even the smallest sincere effort is preserved and multiplied by Allāh.
He does not overlook fatigue, sacrifice, or sincerity — for He is the Most Appreciative.
Thus, this verse shifts the tone from fear to reassurance: those who strive in goodness, no matter how humble, are never forgotten by their Lord.
