94 : 16

وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوٓاْ أَيۡمَٰنَكُمۡ دَخَلَۢا بَيۡنَكُمۡ فَتَزِلَّ قَدَمُۢ بَعۡدَ ثُبُوتِهَا وَتَذُوقُواْ ٱلسُّوٓءَ بِمَا صَدَدتُّمۡ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَكُمۡ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٞ

94. Do not take your oaths as a means of deceit among yourselves, lest a foot should slip after it had been firmly established, and you taste evil [in this world] for having turned others away from the path of Allāh, and for you [in the Hereafter] a dreadful torment. info

95 : 16

وَلَا تَشۡتَرُواْ بِعَهۡدِ ٱللَّهِ ثَمَنٗا قَلِيلًاۚ إِنَّمَا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ هُوَ خَيۡرٞ لَّكُمۡ إِن كُنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ

95. Do not exchange the covenant of Allāh for a small, fleeting gain. Surely, what is with Allāh is far better for you — if only you knew. info

96 : 16

مَا عِندَكُمۡ يَنفَدُ وَمَا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ بَاقٖۗ وَلَنَجۡزِيَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ صَبَرُوٓاْ أَجۡرَهُم بِأَحۡسَنِ مَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ

96. Whatever you possess will come to an end, but what is with Allāh will endure.
And We shall certainly grant those who were patientvtheir reward according to the best of what they used to do.

97 : 16

مَنۡ عَمِلَ صَٰلِحٗا مِّن ذَكَرٍ أَوۡ أُنثَىٰ وَهُوَ مُؤۡمِنٞ فَلَنُحۡيِيَنَّهُۥ حَيَوٰةٗ طَيِّبَةٗۖ وَلَنَجۡزِيَنَّهُمۡ أَجۡرَهُم بِأَحۡسَنِ مَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ

97. Whoever does righteous deeds—whether male or female—while being a believer, We shall surely grant them a good and wholesome life, and We shall reward them [in the Hereafter] according to the best of what they used to do. info

98 : 16

فَإِذَا قَرَأۡتَ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ فَٱسۡتَعِذۡ بِٱللَّهِ مِنَ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِ ٱلرَّجِيمِ

98. So when you recite the Qur’an, seek refuge in Allāh from Satan, the accursed. info

99 : 16

إِنَّهُۥ لَيۡسَ لَهُۥ سُلۡطَٰنٌ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمۡ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ

99. Indeed, he [Satan] has no authority over those who believe and place their trust in their Lord. info

100 : 16

إِنَّمَا سُلۡطَٰنُهُۥ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ يَتَوَلَّوۡنَهُۥ وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِهِۦ مُشۡرِكُونَ

100. His authority is only over those [disbelievers] who take him as a patron and who [through his temptation] associate partners with Allāh [in worship]. info

101 : 16

وَإِذَا بَدَّلۡنَآ ءَايَةٗ مَّكَانَ ءَايَةٖ وَٱللَّهُ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَا يُنَزِّلُ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ مُفۡتَرِۭۚ بَلۡ أَكۡثَرُهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ

101. When We replace one verse [38] with another —and Allāh knows best what He reveals —they say, “You are but a fabricator [of lies].” But most of them do not know. info

[38]. This refers to occasions when Allāh replaced an earlier command or verse with another—always for reasons of wisdom, mercy, and circumstance.
For example, gradual revelation helped believers adjust spiritually and socially (such as the prohibition of wine revealed in stages). It highlights that revelation was dynamic, guiding humanity step by step, not a sudden imposition of all laws at once. The disbelievers, unaware of divine wisdom, accused the Prophet ﷺ of “making up” verses when they heard one law replaced by another.
But Allāh responds by affirming that He alone knows best what He sends down—meaning, revelation follows divine knowledge, not human reasoning.

102 : 16

قُلۡ نَزَّلَهُۥ رُوحُ ٱلۡقُدُسِ مِن رَّبِّكَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ لِيُثَبِّتَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَهُدٗى وَبُشۡرَىٰ لِلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ

102. Say, “The holy spirit has brought it down from your Lord in truth, to strengthen those who believe, and as guidance and good tidings for the Muslims [39]." info

[39]. Those who submit themselves to God.
