4
۞ وَٱلۡمُحۡصَنَٰتُ مِنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ إِلَّا مَا مَلَكَتۡ أَيۡمَٰنُكُمۡۖ كِتَٰبَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡۚ وَأُحِلَّ لَكُم مَّا وَرَآءَ ذَٰلِكُمۡ أَن تَبۡتَغُواْ بِأَمۡوَٰلِكُم مُّحۡصِنِينَ غَيۡرَ مُسَٰفِحِينَۚ فَمَا ٱسۡتَمۡتَعۡتُم بِهِۦ مِنۡهُنَّ فَـَٔاتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةٗۚ وَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ فِيمَا تَرَٰضَيۡتُم بِهِۦ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ٱلۡفَرِيضَةِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمٗا
24. The [prohibited for you also are] married women - except those [bondwomen] whom you right hands possess. [This is] Allah’s Ordinance binding upon you. Yet lawful for you [to marry] are all others beyond those, [provided] that you seek [them] with your wealth, desiring chastity, not fornication. So, for whatever [wives] you enjoy, then give them their [bridal] dues as an obligation. There is no blame upon you for whatever you mutually agree of it after the obligation. Indeed, Allāh is ever All-Knowing, All-Wise.

4
وَمَن لَّمۡ يَسۡتَطِعۡ مِنكُمۡ طَوۡلًا أَن يَنكِحَ ٱلۡمُحۡصَنَٰتِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ فَمِن مَّا مَلَكَتۡ أَيۡمَٰنُكُم مِّن فَتَيَٰتِكُمُ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِۚ وَٱللَّهُ أَعۡلَمُ بِإِيمَٰنِكُمۚ بَعۡضُكُم مِّنۢ بَعۡضٖۚ فَٱنكِحُوهُنَّ بِإِذۡنِ أَهۡلِهِنَّ وَءَاتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ مُحۡصَنَٰتٍ غَيۡرَ مُسَٰفِحَٰتٖ وَلَا مُتَّخِذَٰتِ أَخۡدَانٖۚ فَإِذَآ أُحۡصِنَّ فَإِنۡ أَتَيۡنَ بِفَٰحِشَةٖ فَعَلَيۡهِنَّ نِصۡفُ مَا عَلَى ٱلۡمُحۡصَنَٰتِ مِنَ ٱلۡعَذَابِۚ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَنۡ خَشِيَ ٱلۡعَنَتَ مِنكُمۡۚ وَأَن تَصۡبِرُواْ خَيۡرٞ لَّكُمۡۗ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ
25. Whoever among you cannot [find] the means to marry free believing women, then [he may marry] from among your believing slave girls whom your right hands possess. Allāh knows best about your faith — you are of one another. So, marry them with the permission of their masters, and give them their dowries in fairness, provided they are chaste, neither fornicators nor those who take lovers in secret. But once they are taken in marriage, if they commit adultery, their punishment shall be half of that prescribed for free unmarried women. This concession is for those among you who fear falling into sin; yet that you be patient is better for you [7]. And Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”
[7]. It is advisable to refrain from marrying bondmaids who have not yet developed good manners or have not been fully freed, until they are ready for such responsibility.

يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ لِيُبَيِّنَ لَكُمۡ وَيَهۡدِيَكُمۡ سُنَنَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ وَيَتُوبَ عَلَيۡكُمۡۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٞ
26. Allāh wants to make clear to you [the lawful from the unlawful], and to guide you to the [righteous] ways of those who came before you [8], and to accept your repentance - for Allāh is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
[8]. The laws of those who came before you is the most laudable course that earlier honouarble Prophets of Allāh such as Moses and Jesus and their rightly-guided followers took in life.
