75 : 4

وَمَا لَكُمۡ لَا تُقَٰتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡمُسۡتَضۡعَفِينَ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ وَٱلنِّسَآءِ وَٱلۡوِلۡدَٰنِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَآ أَخۡرِجۡنَا مِنۡ هَٰذِهِ ٱلۡقَرۡيَةِ ٱلظَّالِمِ أَهۡلُهَا وَٱجۡعَل لَّنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ وَلِيّٗا وَٱجۡعَل لَّنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ نَصِيرًا

75. What is the matter with you that you do not fight in the Cause of Allāh and 'for' the oppressed among men, women, and the children, who cry out: "Our Lord, rescue us from this town whose people are oppressors, and appoint for us from Yourself a protector and appoint for us from Yourself a helper.

76 : 4

ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ يُقَٰتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِۖ وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يُقَٰتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱلطَّٰغُوتِ فَقَٰتِلُوٓاْ أَوۡلِيَآءَ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِۖ إِنَّ كَيۡدَ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِ كَانَ ضَعِيفًا

76. Those who believe fight in the Cause of Allāh, while those who disbelieve fight in the cause of Satan. So fight against the allies of Satan - indeed, the plot of Satan is ever weak.

77 : 4

أَلَمۡ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ قِيلَ لَهُمۡ كُفُّوٓاْ أَيۡدِيَكُمۡ وَأَقِيمُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتُواْ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ فَلَمَّا كُتِبَ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلۡقِتَالُ إِذَا فَرِيقٞ مِّنۡهُمۡ يَخۡشَوۡنَ ٱلنَّاسَ كَخَشۡيَةِ ٱللَّهِ أَوۡ أَشَدَّ خَشۡيَةٗۚ وَقَالُواْ رَبَّنَا لِمَ كَتَبۡتَ عَلَيۡنَا ٱلۡقِتَالَ لَوۡلَآ أَخَّرۡتَنَآ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٖ قَرِيبٖۗ قُلۡ مَتَٰعُ ٱلدُّنۡيَا قَلِيلٞ وَٱلۡأٓخِرَةُ خَيۡرٞ لِّمَنِ ٱتَّقَىٰ وَلَا تُظۡلَمُونَ فَتِيلًا

77. Have you not seen those who were told: Hold back your hands [from fighting] ^[31], establish prayer and give the poor-rate? But when fighting was prescribed for them, at once a group of them [whose faith was weak] feared people as they should fear Allāh, or [even] more so - and they said: "Our Lord, why have You decreed fighting for us? If only you would delay it for us a little while term?" Say: "The enjoyment of this world is but brief, and the Hereafter is better for him who guards against evil; and you will not be wronged even the measure of a thread on a date stone."

[31]. In the beginning, the believers were commanded to refrain from fighting, for they were not yet prepared nor equipped to prevail. Instead, they were instructed to engage in self-discipline — to overcome their own weaknesses through steadfast prayer and by giving the prescribed alms in obedience to Allah.

78 : 4

أَيۡنَمَا تَكُونُواْ يُدۡرِككُّمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ وَلَوۡ كُنتُمۡ فِي بُرُوجٖ مُّشَيَّدَةٖۗ وَإِن تُصِبۡهُمۡ حَسَنَةٞ يَقُولُواْ هَٰذِهِۦ مِنۡ عِندِ ٱللَّهِۖ وَإِن تُصِبۡهُمۡ سَيِّئَةٞ يَقُولُواْ هَٰذِهِۦ مِنۡ عِندِكَۚ قُلۡ كُلّٞ مِّنۡ عِندِ ٱللَّهِۖ فَمَالِ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ لَا يَكَادُونَ يَفۡقَهُونَ حَدِيثٗا

78. Wherever you may be, death will overtake you - even if you are in lofty fortified towers. If good befalls them, they say: "This is from Allāh." But if harm strikes them, they say: "This is from you [Muhammad]." Say: "All is from Allāh." So What is the matter with these people that they can hardly understand any word?

79 : 4

مَّآ أَصَابَكَ مِنۡ حَسَنَةٖ فَمِنَ ٱللَّهِۖ وَمَآ أَصَابَكَ مِن سَيِّئَةٖ فَمِن نَّفۡسِكَۚ وَأَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ لِلنَّاسِ رَسُولٗاۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ شَهِيدٗا

79. Whatever good comes to you is from Allāh, and whatever harm befalls you is from your own self [as a result of your sins]. And We have sent you, [O Muhammad], to mankind as a messenger ^[32]. And Allāh is sufficient as Witness.

[32]. Throughout his mission, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ carried a crystal-clear sense of purpose — to guide humanity to the Straight Path. Through him, all nations of the earth were blessed, for he was the last and final Messenger of God, sent to lead people from darkness into light.
The Prophet ﷺ strove tirelessly to free people from all distractions that turned them away from devotion to Allāh. He sought to purify their hearts from confusion and inner turmoil so that they might attain the spiritual nourishment Allāh has placed throughout His creation for His devoted servants. His sacred mission was to convey the message of God, teach the Qur’an and wisdom, and guide souls toward purification — away from polytheism and every form of sin.
